After several months I noticed I had diminishing returns on time spent and still had nagging problems participating in my sport at full capacity. It was a breath of fresh air to receive treatment from somebody who looks at the whole person and their goals instead of simply bringing them to minimum comfort level and being pain free through avoidance. She customized my plan to my goals and kept me active in my sport during the treatment period. She also helped me address muscular and flexibility imbalances that likely caused the injury in the first place. I highly recommend Leah to anybody who participates in sports and wants their body in top working condition for their goals.

Within 3 months I went from continuous pain and terrible flexibility, to no pain and the best hip flexibility I've ever had. I'm impressed with her knowledge, technique and demeanor. She took the time to listen, as well as teach, so I can continue to improve on my own. Recently, I've had tightness and pain in my forearms/wrists. Once again Leah is saving the day by correcting the imbalances/tightness and providing guidance to prevent reoccurrence. Highly recommend!

I am so incredibly lucky to have found this place after having knee surgery. I had an osteotomy…read morewhich meant I was at PT for about five months. This was an extremely painful recovery which involved breaking through scar tissue, and getting my knee to bend from 30 degrees, back to full motion. Stephen was outstanding! When the pain got rough, he was great at distracting me or at least making me laugh and not focus so much on my leg. The moments when I felt like I'd never recover he was great at being encouraging, while remaining honest. He spends a lot of time answering any questions, and I never felt rushed. I honestly can't believe the progress I've made, it seemed so impossible but Stephen got me through. You will not regret having PT here. Jodie and Diane at the front desk are also so kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you have the appointments you need, and that your insurance is all in order. Although I don't want to need PT anymore, I kind of miss going there!

We are working our way through my many body parts that were compromised in the accident and I have to admit, I am impressed with him. I will highly recommend Steven to anyone that needs bodywork. He really knows his stuff.

She also takes the time to verbally and visually explain the root of the problem and why there is pain and discomfort. As you start to improve, she will re-test and adjust the treatment/routine to ensure proper healing. She loves what she does and really cares about her patients - she goes above and beyond.
