This morning (the first tuesday of June) I received a text on the normal day of delivery that I would receive the formula in 1-5 days from a third party delivery company. I called Collins Surgical the first time at 11am and requested more information as I do not have any more formula, they stated it'll be there at "some point" in the 5 days, I explained that was an unacceptable answer without any prior notice to give me a chance to prepare ahead of time. She transferred me to another person who did not answer and the call disconnected. I called back for a second time and was placed on. hold immediately then the phone was picked up and I was told by Mindi that no one was available to help me and they'd call back. I called back for the third time three hours later stating no one has called back which they transferred me to a male manager who stated there was nothing he could do about it mass health has a problem with them for not getting signatures so it's out of his hands he said he would transfer me to someone and hung up. I called back for a fourth time and spoke to another manager who stated I could drive there as long as I got there before they closed which was not possible. I explained the lack of communication is a problem and he stated they did not tell anyone because they did not want to alert their private drivers that they were laid off, I said this is ridiculous my child had to suffer so that they didn't find out they were going to be out of jobs and I asked what if it was oxygen I got delivered would they say you'll be able to breathe again in 1-5 days and he laughed and said well yup that's the answer. This company is unprofessional and has lack of HUMAN basic needs of their customers for their own financial gain.

MY ortho Dr who had sent me to him and had told me what he had hoped I could achieve, by the end of 4 months was saying "WOW" at the fact that I had surpassed his expectations. My last visit with him told me that he used my xrays to show his collegues that you do not need surgery. He (MIKE) is thorough and notices it all. Researches each and every sympton or question . My last injury, when I was told that I would regain very little use of my right arm.......and that Dr questioned why I would expect any results from Physical therapy, I still insisted on a RX to go to Mike. AND, here I am. and guess what ...that Dr is still in shock!!! I have other family members who go to Rich and would RAVE about their treatment with him. In my situation, I missed a session due to a migraine, then had to cancel another session due to a critical personal matter. I called literally 23.5 hours in advance of the personal matter cancellation and was forced to pay a $25 fee because of 'my attendance record.' I also wanted to mention they make you wear a mask while you do PT. I have asthma and requested an exception, but was denied. Keep in mind this is 2023... literally no places force you to wear a mask anymore. They need to change this policy and modernize their archaic approach when it comes to masks.

I started in severe pain, and I had a lot of fear and a little hopelessness about whether the pain could be healed. Adam met me with so much expertise and compassion, working with both my body and my fear in a steady professional highly effective way. The treatment he offered (traction) and the PT exercises he recommended were all spot on, and as I improved, he shifted the exercises and treatment accordingly--all to GREAT AVAIL. I cannot recommend him highly enough as a physical therapist. Also, the Belmont treatment center is clean, spacious, light-filled and stocked with all the necessary PT props and machines.

I spent the money to have a private instructor for a limited time in order to increase my strength for the test at the Ambulance Co. My instructor told me she was quitting her job. I felt I had made enough progress to pass my test. She told me she would notify the office that I was thru and did not want any further sessions. The charges continued on my wife's credit card for months without he noticing. When she did notice it I called ELITE Health and Fitness and they said they would look into it. I eventually I spot to the owner and he apologized and told me he would straighten this out. When he eventually returned my calls he offered me some free lessons to make up for it. I told him from the start that I wanted a refund not a credit. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE CENT OF OUR MONEY BACK THAT WAS DUE FOR SERVICES NEVER HAD OR ORDERED.
