Whole Body is an amazing place . I kept going to the Dr with multiple issues and being told (after multiple tests ) that there was nothing they could do for me . I knew I needed to lose weight and I felt terrible with no energy and erratic sleep. When Dr Ann started using muscle testing , I was very hesitant . Easy to schedule an appointment. My sister and I went on Saturday, only one person to do Swedish massage although we booked it. Our therapist was Dominique and she did massage but it felt like she was just rubbing oil on by body. There was no pressure. I also said I need more massage on my upper shoulder and neck. i came here because i got a groupon for a facial for $49. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and it was very easy to make an appointment. Also location is very convenient - right on Hancock Street in Quincy. Overall I am happy with the facial because i think the product line they use there is very high quality and seems to be effective. I wasn't wild about the actual technics of the facial however-massage and exfoliation were a bit rough and not that soothing. Thankfully the products really made up for it. After the extractions i was afraid i would be all blotchy and red but the carrot seed oil serum Donna used completely took away the redness. my skin was really hydrated and glowing. i wish i could have had more of a say in which products/treatments i got but Donna thought my skin seemed dry and in the end i guess she was right because my skin does look great. PLEASE change the music in there! Orchestra music from old school cartoons is not soothing. While waiting for white tea antioxidant mask to dry I had the unnerving sensation that elmer fudd was going to jump out with his damn rifle and get me. That's all folks. read more

I was new to the Quincy area and needed to find a chiropractor ASAP for some upper back pain I was randomly experiencing. I saw Dr. Jessica because she has later hours (until 7pm) on certain days and Saturday hours, so I was able to make an appointment that actually fit my busy schedule. The entire staff was friendly and easy going and Dr. Jessica definitely helped decrease my upper back pain. I scheduled several appointments and she was able to figure out what was bothering my back and explain it to me. I felt comfortable enough to ask my own questions and she took the time to answer each and every one. The office itself has a calm and comfortable feel to it and I'll be returning for any future back pain. I have been a patient at Wholebody Solutions for many years. The practitioners are fabulous. Unfortunately the office is poorly managed. The chiropractors have no posted schedule and often when I call for an appointment I find there is no one available for days. All 3 chiropractors took vacation the same week this summer, with a cover doctor available on Thursday. Even if the doctor is in the office, the staff will not allow for an emergency visit. In excruciating pain from a migraine on Friday, Okay, we can see you .... Tuesday next week. And the tone of voice is so flat, they don't even sound concerned that they can't help. If anything, I hear the eye rolling. Let's not even go into the $80 charge for a visit that includes "additional services" that I never received until I asked why the price was so high. Then I got a rub down with a handheld massager before my adjustment. Odd because Dr. Ann is such a kind and sincere practitioner. I have recommended many people; family members travel from Western MA to see her. But for day to day care, you really could do better. read more

I bought a groupon and was able to book an appointment immediately. The spot is conveniently located if you are from the Quincy area and attached to a really cool yoga spot I've been to a few times. My massage therapist, Doug, did a fantastic job and was very professional. He was able to establish my needs and kept an open dialogue throughout the massage. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly. If you are looking for a "spa" experience this is more laid back but better for the cost. Ultimately the quality of the massage is what matters to me and I booked another appointment 4 weeks out which I rarely do. Highly recommended. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Jessica for about 6 weeks, and I've seen drastic improvements. I initially went not for any real pain but because of lower back stiffness.. after the first session Dr. Jessica was able to identify weak spots in my back and posture, that my left hip and shoulder were slightly higher than my right side, and that my hamstrings need to be strecthed multiple times daily to improve my overall flexibility. I no longer have lower back stiffness when I wake up in them morning and my body feels more balanced. Highly recommended. read more

I am never one to write reviews but I went to Dr. Jessica a week ago and was very dissatisfied. What was supposed to be a 40 minute session was really a 20 which did not seem beneficial whatsoever and I still had to pay a $130 deductible as their price seems a little higher than most. Acupuncture changed my life... and that's not a loose statement. I was referred to Abram Ojure by a business client of mine. In her last email to me about acupuncture the closing line was, "GO SEE ABRAM!" So, I quit bugging her with questions and excuses and made my appointment. I had never met anyone that had done acupuncture besides her, and I had no clue what I was in for. The reason my client referred me to acupuncture was because for 10 years (I'm 28, so since I was 18) I was suffering from terrible, horrible, knock down, drag out headaches. None of the migraine medicines worked, none of the countless other drugs, like anti-depressants worked either. I kept getting sicker. In March of 2013 I got a migraine that lasted over 3 weeks. Every day I woke up and went to bed with a headache. I had been to the ER, hospital, doctors office, gym, yoga classes, nutritionists, & nothing calmed this crazy inflammation of my brain! On top of the headaches, I was having severe digestive problems, acne, joint pain, muscle pain, my whole body just ached. I felt 80 and I was 27! In 10 years the doctors have NOT been able to pin down the cause of my symptoms, and treat every ailment separately. When I met Abram, I instantly felt comfortable. He made me feel OK, even when I had to talk about my stools.... (Haha, Its a part of life, and a major part of healing.) I jokingly call acupuncture magic. Because when morphine and all of the drugs the doctors pump me full of DO NOT ALLEVIATE my headaches, but a couple of needles do... it feels magical. The fact of the matter is, Acupuncture, is anything but magic. Its an ancient form of healing. There is more science behind acupuncture than what many people know. I have no clue how it works, but there is mucho science to back it up. Traditional Chinese Medicine... look it up. Since meeting Abram, I have tried other acupuncturists. While everyone of them has been a person that I easily connected too... I feel that Abram has a special gift. I feel like he is doing a job he is passionate about, and it comes through in his work/healings. I have been a patient of Abram for a year now, and my life has changed dramatically.... all for the good. Sure, I still get headaches, here and there... (my headaches are caused by allergies to food, metals, and environmental stuff). BUT! my headaches are controlled, and rarely last longer than an hour. Abram has taught me how to 'chill out' and helped to show me how to release a lot of the anxiety in my life. Not only have we conquered our goal; which was to eliminate headaches, but because of him I have made other extraordinary leaps and bounds. I saw Scott for sciatica. He was very helpful. The adjustments relieved my pain and helped improve my gait. He made suggestions about stretches in between sessions that were really effective. OK, so when it was Tax Free weekend I got an email from Carly saying that the office was selling all of their products and obviously was participating in the free tax. What I soon realized is that on the email, Carly "cc'd" all the patients which added up to almost 500 people. Sorry, but I don't appreciate my email being available for all patients to take and spam me, which I think actually happened!! I emailed Carly saying I don't appreciate that and it is unprofessional. Trust me, I worked in the same position in the same industry for three years, I would never have done that are you serious!! I'm sure other people complained and the fact that she never sent out an apology to me and everyone is even more unprofessional. I got a Swedish Massage with the Living Social Deal for $39. I was able to get an appt immediately. Dominic was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and bed was pre-heated. Dominic did not ask any questions about preferences, problem areas, etc. She went straight to her massage routine and completed a full body massage. At age 29, after about a year and a half of trying to have a baby, I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. My FSH was elevated at 17 and I had had 2 failed cycles of IVF. After my second failed IVF I went to a reproductive specialist in Boston for a second opinion, who told me he had NOTHING to offer me! He said that I should consider using donor eggs or adoption, and that I had a less than 5% chance of ever conceiving a child of my own. Heartbroken and desperate I came to Abram at Wholebody Solutions to see if acupuncture could help. My husband and I were not ready to give up on the dream of having a child. The minute I met Abram he put my mind at ease, he was very confident from the start that he could help me (I was not feeling quite as positive as he was after so much disappointment- but I appreciated his confidence after essentially being turned away from the other Dr.). We started once weekly treatments and Abram prescribed custom Chinese herbal supplements for me. Over the next few months we started to see real changes in my body. He explained that part of my problem was that I was ovulating too early- on day 11 causing immature eggs (something no medical doctor had ever addressed- fertility meds were just making me produce a greater quantity of immature eggs- but doing nothing for the quality of them!). Over the next few months I ovulated on day 12, then 13, then 15!- it was so amazing to see the changes right there in front of me! I then went to get my FSH rechecked and in just a few months it had dropped over 5 points (11.8)! The changes were undeniable. We decided that I was ready to start my next IVF cycle. One of the challenging things about IVF is the lack of control over the timing of when you will need to go in for retrieval and transfers- and it just so happened that during this crucial week that we had been working towards for so long, Abram was going to be out of the office after the birth of his own baby. He went far above and beyond anything I EVER would have asked of him and made time for me during his time off to schedule a treatment. It was such a testament to how much Abram cares about his patients. The cycle was a success and I am now 16 weeks pregnant! 6 months ago my husband and I were faced with the very real possibility of never having children, we are now expecting our first child and I know that it is because of Abram. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He never once made me feel like a lost cause, which is exactly what I felt like before I came to him. I will forever be grateful to him and am hoping that anyone who is struggling with infertility will read this, not lose hope, and go to see Abram. I went to whole body solutions when I hurt my back august 19th... I spent ten weeks going for treatment sometimes two to three times a week.. Every appointment I paid cash so I gave whole body solutions a lot of money over a short period of time.. They constantly told me my ankle was the problem not my back... After a frustrating ten weeks I went for a MRI which showed I had not one, not two but three bulging discs.. To say I was bitterly disappointed with whole body solutions is an understatement... I have now completed six weeks of physical therapy and am stiill a long way from recovery... I regret wasting ten weeks going to whole body when I could have chosen physical therapy instead...
