Have you ever read about The Secret, or the law of attraction, and thought....this seems so…read moreoversimplified....too good to be true? 6 months later I am still going to the alpha center because THIS WORKS!!! It is the practical application of the law of attraction. Don't get me wrong, I am not here 6 months later because that's how long it takes for Brigitte's magic to work....it's just that I want every part of my life to work, and I keep thinking of things that I want to improve!!!!! I have used Brigitte's expertise on so many different parts of my life. This is how it works: Go see Brigitte with something in mind that you want to change. It could be anything - quitting smoking, losing weight, finding the love of your life, bringing more money into your life, stress relief, getting clarity on a major decision, conceiving a child. Brigitte will guide you into the alpha state, where you can access your subconscious mind, and this is the key to creating the life of one's dreams. I was amazed at the things that are beneath the surface, in the unconscious mind, that were holding me back from where I wanted to be. You work with Brigitte to heal these blocks, and that's when your life starts to change... One of the changes I noticed immediately - even though I had not directly worked on this - was that money was flowing to me more easily than it had in years....unexpectedly and without much effort. The other changes are more personal and private, but suffice it to say I am thrilled with the results!

There were two therapists I did see in the last 6 years there one twice and the other maybe five or six times. Just seen him at my last appointment he cut me off in mid sentence and walked away. I'm looking for Andrew Lindberg used to be the director of Nova then New horizons he left an h and I can't find him. He was the best I ever had. He's good BTW it'snot Nova anymore cuz they were committing MassHealth and Medicaid fraud

Wow - just wonderful! Highly recommend…read more My 5 year old Autistic daughter just had 2 weeks of social skills group at Puzzle Pieces and we had the best experience. The class was small - 5 kids, and the instructor Jess was able to give each of them individual and group attention. My daughter came home everyday telling me about the fun she had - art, reading, singing, playing - you name it! One week was rainbow themed and the other under the sea themed. We're probably going to have to buy the book "Clark the Shark" since she loved it so much. My favorite thing about Puzzle Pieces is you can tell the staff care about the kids and are not forcing them to comply - instead following the kids leads. That's huge in the Autism services world and honestly this is the first place I have found that attitude at. They definitely live "connection not compliance" and meet the kids where they are. I've heard from parents of the other kids in this group that OT, PT, and Speech at Puzzle Pieces is great too. So so so happy we found this gem and will share the word with other parents of Autistic kids. I'm neurodivergent too & proud. So many centers are awful treating kids like less than, not letting them stim, and other awful. I will never put my kid through that - despite whatever pressure insurance/society puts on us.

I advise against engaging this business to provide services. The health care system, like all systems and institutions are interested in perpetuating themselves, so I don't expect her to be removed and prevented from her harming additional vulnerable clients. All I can hope is that this action will sober her, break through her arrogance and result in her honoring her committement to to help clients. I do question her intelligence and competency, however, and ability to fully adhere to ethical behavior. I mean I walked in one day one and told her exactly who I was, a man who had not only graduated as valedictorian of my college class Suma cum laude, but who had also passed a competency based State exam and had work as a licensed counselor in a DPH funded healthcare facility. Yet she didn't realize that I would not only recognize substandard care, but that I knew how to address it!!! What does that say about her? She even laughed when I described some of the abuse I had experienced! While I have the capacity to forgive, I feel a responsibility to warn others about her character.

My doctor moved and I needed a new one because I am on medication not a narcotic but still something I need and can't just stop but ended up wasting time with baystate. The issue is, this is the only place that for some reason won't let you make appt and you just have to show up and hope there is a therapist there. So I was told come in any day to do my intake and see a therapist. I go in do my intake but there was no therapist and I was told Again I couldn't make an appt and to just show up. So a week and a half after I did my intake I plan to go in but something told me to call because I didn't want to waste money on a cab and no one be there again so I called and I was told there is no openings for one on one therapy anymore! And it didn't matter I did my intake when there was? So it's basically like a first come first serve but not really because even though I did my intake when there was therapist and wasn't my fault they weren't in that day I lost my spot. They refuse to let you make an appt than waste day when no one there and unless you just have days to waste and show up hoping someone there your probably going to wait a long time to see someone. If they were like most places and let you actually make appointments probably wouldn't be a issue. Also No one even called me to tell me this even though I did my intake and called all in a week in a half. And they said it takes over a month of seeing a therapist before you can get medication even if your already on medication. So now I have to start process all over again and just wasted almost 2 weeks!
