I called again because a therapist who works here who I used to see at a different office works here and suggested I try again. This facility should defiantly get a new intake person. This lady made me hate this place and I won't try here again. First impressions go a long way. What a shame an initial call with a phone worker can turn a potential patient off.

All of a sudden, billing practices were changed without any notice, transparency went down the hole, and correspondence with anyone other than the therapist did not exist. I was made to feel like I was obligated to attend sessions I attempted to cancel and charged fees pretty randomly. In fact, I'd say the office went as far as to exacerbate some of my issues by being clearly unsympathetic and focused primarily on making a dollar. My therapist was new to the practice, and quite understanding, but couldn't avoid the bureaucracy of the administration. Seemed like there wasn't much support from above. When it was time for me to end my relationship with Leeward, no attempt to communicate was made until I prompted confirmation.
