This was an extremely painful recovery which involved breaking through scar tissue, and getting my knee to bend from 30 degrees, back to full motion. Stephen was outstanding! When the pain got rough, he was great at distracting me or at least making me laugh and not focus so much on my leg. The moments when I felt like I'd never recover he was great at being encouraging, while remaining honest. He spends a lot of time answering any questions, and I never felt rushed. I honestly can't believe the progress I've made, it seemed so impossible but Stephen got me through. You will not regret having PT here. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Katie, Mike, and the rest of the staff were amazing. The office and facilities were always extremely clean. They had lots of different equipment and exercise stations for me to receive lots of different treatment. They did a great job adjusting my treatment as my recovery moved along. First starting here was great, after about 5 visits the patient care slowly turned less attentive…read moreand more into social hour. Very "hey go do this", while I go on computer/talk with colleagues. Got to the point where I had to go to the Therapist and start asking for new exercises and got answers that did not help. Every exercise they give you is on a sheet that you can do during the week on your own. Dont understand why I should pay 30 dollars a visit for "professional care" when I can just use the exercises they gave me on my own in the gym. You'd think you would get either a stretch that you can't do on your own or care that would make up for the co-pay while your there but it's same routine for 9 weeks straight. Massage affected area and go do this. Now have follow up with doctor for MRI requiring more PT, which is 4 more weeks of wasted time and money. Hopefully care gets better, if this review can do that for the next patient then I'd say that'd make up for the lost time, energy and money! All the best.
