I "graduated" the other day feeling confident on how to deal with my back pain and excited to continue my exercises. Scheduling appointments was easy, I had no problem procuring an appointment. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful but slow computers often times had us waiting to pay our co-pays which backed up intake from time to time. The facility itself is a bit rundown, it could use a fresh coat of paint and new carpet and a refreshed seating area, in my opinion. The waiting area seating is dirty and dated. Their equipment is in great shape and everything is clean. I hope I don't have to come back for PT, but if I do, I'll be sure to choose Spaulding.

I have been having neck problems for five or so years. I've seen multiple doctors and had surgery. I wish that my any one of my doctors would put the care and thought into my neck that the two of these young ladies did. Theyasked questions. They listened. They seem concerned. We were always trying new things. Couldn't say enough about them. In a world of absolutely horrible healthcare they were two standouts. You'd be lucky to see them in a world of healthcare professionals who have flat out given up.

I went to ATI physical therapy for a back issue last summer. I was very disappointed…read more In the space of 5 or 6 weeks, I saw three different PTs, so I did not get consistent care. It was not disclosed to me that this would happen. The PTs work on multiple people at once, even after the warm ups. And, they were always writing on the computer instead of watching the patients. There was constant chit chat between the PTs (not patient-related) during the therapy sessions. I think there are other places in the area that are much better.

Throughout the years, so many of my clients have raved about the superior treatment that they've received from Angelo and his crew, not to mention the incredibly pleasant demeanor of everybody there. The obvious concern and attention to detail is unparalleled. They've also been extremely cooperative with my record requests (excellently written reports), very accommodating to my clients (his patients), and ridiculously easy for everybody to speak with (rare among medical professionals), taking the time to explain health concerns in tremendous detail (unlike most medical physicians).
