They pointed out areas of our new rental which were CLEARLY not cleaned before we rented and which I had not noticed! Extremely professional and very reasonable rates. The only negative is that with my prior cleaning company I'm used to a smelling the cleaning agent so that it smells clean and having the decorative fold on the toilet paper. Not sure if they use natural products, but if you like the smell of cleanliness, I'd ask that they use those products when they clean your home.

Rebecca was incredibly friendly and got us scheduled the very same day within a couple hours upon calling, which we really appreciated. The delivery driver, Jerry, was also fantastic--professional, friendly, and very thorough during pickup. He took great care loading the dumpster back onto his truck and even went the extra mile by sweeping up the debris that had collected underneath using a broom and dustpan. As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.

Their dumpster rental service is honestly the best I've used in the Valley. The driver was on time, super careful with placement, and the dumpster was clean and ready to go. The portable toilet came spotless and got cleaned weekly, and the temporary fence they installed was sturdy and looked professional perfect for our construction site. I am working with waste solution dumpster service in many of my locations like Scottsdale and I have a portable Toliet at Phoenix And just now we installed a temporary fence in paradise valley and one more in Scottsdale Always have the best service in town

Waste Solutions has no customer service phone number. Can't find a physical address for them. An additional dumpster was mistakenly delivered to my home and it took a call to Waste Management (dumpster owner) and 5 days to get it removed. I would definitely NOT recommend Waste Solution. Deal directly with the owner of the rolloff. Not a middleman who in my case tried to say "technically, he's not responsible" because he doesn't own the rolloff.
