We had an issue with another moving company not showing up/not answering our calls the day of our move. We immediately found Moving At Ease on Yelp and loved their reviews. I personally spoke with Charlie and told him our situation and he made it a priority to help us however he could and to get us a moving crew that day. He called hourly with updates and ETA's and it made our day less stressful. We had a 3 man crew show up (Bernie, Rick and Chris) and they were wonderful. They packed up our apartment, made the hour drive and unloaded everything in our house in a little over 3 hours- we were extremely impressed. Thank you so, so much for helping us yesterday during a stressful time. I would highly recommend this company! read more

This is my second time using moving at ease, found them the first time on yelp. My second time I am moving in my own uhaul but had them pack it up. I would assume that Danny and Brent were expert Tetris players because the fit everything in the smaller sized truck I had. King size bed, 8 foot couch, dresser, a few tables, like 15 boxes, my 65" tv, and a bunch of other oddly shaped items. There is even space for more items that I was going to put in my car. They arrived in the time window that they said they would come in. It took a little longer than I thought but I kept in mind that I was on the second floor, 107 degrees, in an apartment complex and they had to make everything fit in the truck that took time. Good rate so it was not a heavy hit to my pocket. They were careful with my things and didn't let me lift a finger. I will no longer be in phx but would recommend them for others, looks like they are keeping up with their demand and not breaking tradition of their core values as a company. read more

Colin and crew arrived as scheduled and did a phenomenal job moving everything from our 2nd floor, 2 bedroom condo to their truck and on to storage at their facility. This included a VERY heavy sleep sofa that required all four of them to get down stairs, but they got it done. Time required matched up very close to what was estimated, so we were please with that also. They seemed to be short of a few packing materials that they needed, but they still persevered and got the job done efficiently and effectively. The entire crew was courteous, professional and polite to the max. One suggestion I might offer is when moving into their storage facility and the things are being transferred from the truck into their "vaults" and then into their climate controlled warehouse, perhaps someone could document that with a few photos. I think it would make the client feel a little better that things had been accomplished satisfactorily and offer reassurance of this. I know it would have given me a bit more peace of mind. I'm confidant everything will be okay, but this would have been a marketable gesture of good will. Again, just a suggestion! All in all though, so far has been a great experience. Thanks to all who had a role in making this a happy experience to date! read more

Moving At Ease does exactly what their name says -- they made our move much easier. We had to move the date a few times and Flynn was super patient with us and made it happen. The team took extra care of every one of our items and made sure everything made it to our new home in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company in Arizona. Thank you Flynn and the rest of the team at Moving at Ease! read more

I spoke to Chad, Charlie, and Tanner prior to my move, to ask various questions. They are excellent! They answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease! I had 3 guys come to my house the day of the move. Eddie, Drew, and T were very polite, caring, and professional! I really appreciated all of their wonderful help!!! Thank you Moving At Ease!!! I would totally recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again!!! read more

For the most part I am very satisfied. There were three glitches however. First the day of the move in there was a possible delay of a full day due to illness. It got resolved after I pointed out that my antiques and oil paintings would need to be in an air cooled space. The truck arrived about seven hours after the projected ETA. The movers were very courteous and helpful. One fragile Mexican pottery antique candlelabra arrived broken and antique armoire somehow was locked after many years and two previous moves not being locked and no key to open it. I'll need to get a locksmith. Hopefully I'll be reimbursed for these two mishaps. Even so, I definitely would recommend this service! read more

These guy's made our move a breeze. They packed up and unpacked quickly. They were professional and very polite, the cost was very reasonable! I would recommend Moving At Ease. read more

Perfect delivery as usual! We needed a bedroom set moved only a couple miles. I gave Moving At Ease a call and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule the next day! The movers were professional and nice. They delivered a very heavy bedroom set, assembled the bed frame and were on their way in 30 minutes. If you need stuff moved or are a realtor needing a great moving company partner, look no farther than Moving At Ease. read more

Moving sucks, but these guys make it as smooth as possible! We used Moving at Ease for multiple moves and it was the easiest part! It was much easier than dealing with Direct TV! All of the guys were very professional, polite and went out of their way to make sure everything was how we requested and it was all handled with care with zero items damaged. I highly recommend them and worth every penny! read more

We interviewed 5 different moving companies and we are so happy that we chose Moving at Ease. We needed a lot of help packing and this crew was fabulous! They packed everything from towels to My Grandmothers China and it was all done beautifully! My husband and I agreed that we had never met such hard working men (and women who did the packing). These guys were loading and unloading trucks in 107 degree heat and I never heard one complaint. They were all fun, respectful and willing to rearrange furniture multiple times without the slightest bit of hesitation. This sounds crazy, but I almost hated to see them go after move in day ~ after all how many movers would go the extra mile to capture a family of bats (living behind a piece of artwork on front porch), and install a new plug on my dryer? Honestly - hire this team... You won't regret it!! read more

This crew of workers was amazing! Very nice guys that worked so hard and constantly being professional and eager to offer the utmost service. Everything was packed well and carefully moved. I will be using them again when we move. read more

This company did a great job moving us across Phoenix when we bought our first home! Bernie, Chad, and Ryan did a great job packing up our kitchen, dismantling our beds, and packing all our stuff into the truck! And Lisa came to the new house and unpacked the kitchen while he guys brought everything in and helped set stuff up! If we ever need moving services in the future we call them FIRST! Thank you for making a very stressful time in our lives a heck of a lot easier! read more

I had hired Moving At Ease based on a friend's recommendation and boy, she was right, these guys are amazing! Two movers, Brandon and John, showed up on time with all their equipment and started moving us out of a 1 bedroom. They were very personable, professional and took extreme care of our goods, almost as if they were their own. We moved into a high-rise and had to deal with elevator congestion, but even with that, Brandon and John managed to get all of our things into the new place, without damage and within an hour of arrival; despite it being 106º. I am supremely pleased with the expertise, professionalism, speed and efficiency. I have used many moving companies before, all across the nation and I am definitely going to recommend them to others in the Phoenix area. read more

Moving is never fun, especially during the Arizona summer. However, my husband and I booked the team at Moving at Ease this last weekend to help with our move and we are so happy that we did. This was the smoothest, quickest, and easiest move that we have ever had. The Moving at Ease team showed up on time, hustled to get the job done, and moved all of our pieces with immense care. They were friendly and fun. We even had them move around one of our heaviest pieces in the dining room a few times because we couldn't find the perfect spot and they gladly did it with a smile on their face. Hopefully, we do not have to move again anytime soon, but when we do, they will get our call. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Moving at Ease. read more

I have used these guys twice now. Charlie's the owner (I believe) and he's great. Flynn is another "main guy" and he's also good to work with. My teeny complaint, and it's not even worth changing my rating, is that they prefer phone calls as their means of communicating as opposed to email or text, which sometimes don't get responded too as fast. But! They make up die that small inconvenience by delivering reliable teams of movers who are responsible, timely, friendly, understanding and fast. They also offer a generous cash discount which I appreciate. I had to move my elderly father from one assisted living apartment to another and I wasn't sure WHAT we were all going to find when we walked in to my dad's current apartment. I had a feeling it would be a mess and it was. The two men from MOVING AT EASE were completely understanding and just got right to work. They didn't miss a beat and they ignored the mess and had kind words to say about my dad's situation and never made me feel embarrassed or more sad than I already was about having to move him. It was a very hard day for both my dad and me, but Jonathan and (oh shoot I forget the other guys name but it also began with J. Maybe Joseph??)... both guys were smiley and encouraging and helpful and patient. I cannot say enough about this company and would recommend them again 100 times over. Thank you to the while team for being so great! In a time where customer service is everything and businesses are going under, it's good to know there are still some places and people we can count on and Moving at Ease is for sure one of them. read more

I am so impressed by Moving At Ease! They were on-time, extremely efficient, polite, wrapped all my valuables so they wouldn't get damaged and the price was so reasonable! I will definitely use them in the future and am refering them to all of my clients (being in the real estate business). I already had one client use them who was just as impressed. I have nothing but great things to say about this company! The two young men who helped me move, even tried to put my furniture in place (so my stuff wasn't just thrown everywhere). These guys were SO kind, hard working and answered all of my questions. No joke, they didn't take a break! The one guy even went above and beyond and tightened up my loose kitchen chairs. They also felt bad not building some of the furniture (I guess they usually have time to help with that, which I thought was such a nice gesture), but they had done enough. I so appreciate their excellent customer service! Thank you Isaiah & Zackery, you guys were amazing & all the rest of the team at MAE! HIGHLY Recommend!! read more

We were very impressed with Moving At Ease from the beginning. The response was quick and there was continued excellent communication throughout the entire experience. The four guys who moved us were respectful , polite and cheerful. They took great care with our possessions wrapping the furniture carefully. They worked continuously during the four hours that they loaded everything. We were very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. read more

They did a great job, were really friendly and made moving as easy as it could be!

Even though this company was recommended by my realtor, I was not happy with the damage they caused and they didn't even own up to it. HUGE scratch on my new kitchen table top, handprints all over the furniture which I can't remove and a broken safe. The guys were friendly but uncaring and sloppy. Would never recommend this company read more

We were required to use Moving At Ease due to the pandemic when my mom was moved home after an extended stay in a nursing home. While the move-in was uneventful, they managed to lose one of only 6 pieces of furniture she had with her when they moved her back home. I understand things get lost, but their response has been "oh well, stuff happens" even after I told them the piece had been in the family for 4 generations. Our family was forced to use this company and unfortunately we are unable to recommend them to anyone else. read more

Great customer service, professional. Movers were very polite. Appreciate text communication instead of email. Minor improvements like plugging in lamp without wrapping cord around lamp base. A little pricey but great service! read more

I used Moving at Ease for an out-of-state move. And realized that it best to have your own moving insurance, because moving companies like this one does not support you through any damages. I found the customer service to be poor after my move. They stood by the excuse that I signed off on the moving invoice with final payment and therefore they were not responsible. Then they quoted their insurance policy to have an eight-day grace period, which they failed to produce a copy of the insurance policies guideline. They basically dropped the ball. Before they do a long distance move, they store the furniture in a warehouse, which could be harmful for wooden furniture especially during the Summer. Good Luck! read more

I needed movers on a short notice and had the pleasure to work with 3 awesome movers. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was so grateful to have received such excellent service. Would definitely recommend booking your next move with this moving company. read more

Dan was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry for moving services. He provided me a detailed quote within minutes of our call, and it was an easy process to book. I received confirmation emails and texts, as well as a call with Dan the day prior to our move. The day of our move went smoothly: we were notified via text when the moving team was 20 minutes out and they quickly (very quickly) got to work. They carefully wrapped and packed all of our furniture and were very pleasant to work with. Despite having to deal with elevators and the like, the job finished in much less time than I would have imagined. If you're looking for a well-priced, reliable, and thorough moving company, this is it! read more

Great Job! Everything went as smooth as possible and handled with care. They went above and beyond of what was expected. I was a desperate person when a previously scheduled mover bailed on me at the last minute. Moving at Ease was able to provide next-day service and it was the best moving experience I have ever had. Curteous and efficient movers (2) were in and out of the one-bedroom apartment in under an hour. They were respectful of the neighbors, quiet and polite and fully protected per Covid-19 regulations. I cannot imagine a better team or a better company. THANK YOU Moving at Ease! read more

Moved myself all these years, used these folks to move my mother-in-law this weekend....wow, what was I thinking all these years doing it myself. I would use moving at ease again in a heartbeat. They did a great job. They committed to do what is normally a 2 day job (size of move) in 1 day, because we only had the 1 day to do it. They crew were all upbeat, helpful, understanding of our stress and were flexible with what we needed. I have always moved myself because I'm cheap but never again...I will use them again. I only gave a 4 star because no one is perfect, but if I was a 5 star giver they would have got it read more

I have used them twice. Once to move Mom to assisted living and the 2nd time to move just one couch for my Mom. They specialize in small moves, especially for the elderly. Even though the move is small, they are happy to do it and very fairly priced. They really take care to protect the furniture. Some of my Mom's stuff was in really bad shape but they still treated like it was worth a fortune. They answer the phone, are very responsive and kept me informed on timing and arrival. Way above the rest. read more

Moving at Ease provided excellent service for my Mother's move to a new assisted living residence. They took care of everything. Professional movers, a terrific packer with Dorothy and everything else associated with the move. The pricing was more than fair. Dorothy packed and unpacked everything. She is wonderful. We didn't lift a finger. The movers, Tyler, Tanner and Colby were efficient and took great care with all of her possessions. I highly recommend Moving at Ease! read more
