I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

According to the SONY website it could be a possible failure of the LED backlights. I emailed American Consolidated Electronics to see if they agreed that was what they thought it might be. They emailed me back the next day, and confirmed that that was probably the problem and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and since they don't make 3D TV's anymore, I thought $285 was reasonable to get it fixed. Jordan quickly explained that yes, I broke the LCD screen and there was a very small chance that the phone would be irreparably damaged, and if that was the case, he wouldn't charge me anything for taking a look at my device. Took it back to them and they got calls working but no internet and they charged me again. I went to call the tech today and explain the situation and he starts screaming at me. He offered to give me my money back but take off the parts off my phone or to "fix it" mind you im past 200$ on this screen and charger port repair and i alrdy brought it back to fix it and they only got calls working when my phone never had a problem with that. I honestly dont reccomend them anymore And YES Your Tech Yelled At Me When I Called Him To Explain! Unacceptable customer service.
