In total I lost approx $1500 worth of goods. They will take payment before unloading. After that good luck if you get everything done right. Can't do anything about it. Our 2nd move we called them again. 2nd move was not great at all. We moved into a new home and our fridge which we spent over $2500 for was dented because they never wrapped the fridge. Our washer and dryer which are over $3000 combined were scratched and scuffed up because they were not wrapped up or covered which we paid extra for. Walls scuffed which is to be expected but fridge dents and scratched washer & dryer is not to be expected. These are permanent damages that we have to live with and look at everyday. Not happy with our 2nd move.

The quality of service started at the top. I requested to have some packers to help prepare the house. They sent Ashley to sort, donate and prep the house. Ashley worked with my friend. Ashley's empathy, kindness, guidance and outstanding work ethic has saved the day. She will continue to help at the new place making it a smooth transition. It truly takes someone with heart to help in the middle of chaos. The move turned out to be a long and rough move. Caleb and Jaq started the move and then was joined by Ben and Jacob. Caleb was a very knowledgeable and Outstanding leader to his team. Each one went above and beyond to the end. I saw and heard great respect for one another that showed in their teamwork. We had a sofa/loveseat in the den, a sofa/loveseat in the formal front room and a sofa/chairs in an upstairs entertainment loft. It was a lot of work! I didn't feel once like they were dragging their feet. At the new place they put all large furniture exactly where requested and even hooked up the ice maker to the water line and situated the washer and got the dryer connected to the vent. You keep telling us that the couch is against the wall, so no one will see the hole. Guess what, I see the hole. You say the safe still works, I just has a little scratch in it. When the scratch goes to the metal below, it becomes a gouge. I am really disappointed in you for not doing the right thing in either repairing my damaged items, replacing them, or compensating me for them. Now we are going to have to settle this in court.
