They are wonderful and exceedingly knowledgeable in their profession. My issue is with the owner, Alex. I had been going to Physical Therapy status post a spinal fusion. The therapy was going well with the women who worked on me and helped me to improve immensely working on my back and showing me subsequent muscle stretches. Then Alex came in one day, introduced himself as the owner, overly friendly and then pulled the curtain around the table I was on - this had not been done as a normal part of my therapy so I was a little concerned. Then he started to work on my adductors (the inside muscles of the thigh), asking me to place my foot on his upper leg for stability. He continued working up my leg from my knee to my upper inner thigh. I felt this was inappropriate as no one had worked in this area before and I had been going to PT for about a month. When he finished, he pulled back the curtain and walked away. Again, this was extremely inappropriate and subsequently I would never have allowed him to work on my again. I just would like to tell other women to pay attention to what type of physical therapy is being done on and to them. As I said, I cannot praise highly enough the female therapists- they are amazing and the only reason I recovered from my surgery so quickly!!!
