With recurring back issues, Peak Physical Therapy has provided me with excellent recovery over the past few years. This time, my back was worse and wouldn't stabilize, and I was blessed to have Tammy Ferrari, PTD, as my therapist. She guided me with her 1-on-1 approach, asking precise questions and intensely listening, adding restrictions, "reading" my back with her hands to determine what was happening, and then gently touching specific areas with a light pressure or push to move things delicately and intentionally into place. Each time I went, Tammy taught me something new related to my health or the human body which helped me to reach a point where I was able to be mobile without pain and to make wise choices. I went over my doctor visits and reports with her, and asked her questions to seek guidance; she always listened patiently and empathetically and shared her thoughts and advice. Tammy has been trained with an extensive knowledge of the body, a gifted sense of healing through her methods and sense of touch, and her excellent "bedside" manner of really understanding her patients and their needs as an excellent listener. I've been going to Peak Physical Therapy for over two months now. I broke my humerus in December and needed surgery to repair it. Now I have a plate and seven screws in my arm to keep it together! I had never been to physical therapy before, so I was nervous to begin. However, the staff at Peak are so phenomenal, my nervousness quickly disappeared. I've been working with Alex Blackman and he has been absolutely wonderful. Right off the bat, he took a genuine interest in my specific case and carefully selected exercises for me to do to begin my therapy process. He is always extremely personable and knowledgeable. He welcomes all of my questions and concerns, and responds with meaningful, well thought out answers. Not only does he give me exercises to do while I'm there, but he tells me all the things I can be doing at home to help with the process. I've made terrific progress with him and I look forward to continuing my experience at Peak. The front desk staff at Peak are great as well. They are always friendly and personable. They make scheduling appointments easy. Peak also has a system that texts you a reminder the day before your appointment. This is very helpful. The facility itself is spacious and very clean. I would like to thank and compliment Tammy, and especially Alex Blackman, for their solid support and very professional assistance they have given to me as I recover from my leg threatening injury, a dislocated knee. Without going into too much detail, my injury was devasting and complex, (4 torn ligaments!), for me to endure. I cannot say enough good things about Peak Physical Therapy. I was referred to them for an ongoing knee issue and within days, my pain had improved significantly and I was able to get back to many of my activities - something I had not expected to be able to do for months! These guys are caring and helpful - the staff was all great to work with. Even if my appointment wasn't with Dan on a certain day, he would check in with me, see how I was doing, critique my movements, and make sure that he knew how I felt about the whole thing. While working with them, I saw Dan, Susan, and Mike - each of them were equally helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. I went to Peak back in March of 2016 with a torn meniscus on hopes that with just PT I would nurse myself back to a healthy knee. That wasn't to be, unfortunately I had to move forward with Arthroscopic meniscal repair. Twice! Once having gone through the surgeries and recovery, was now able to get started on PT. I went back to work with Drew and thank goodness for Drew! He brought me back from the dead he listened with great patience and compassion, and from there he put together a program designed just for me!! Within the next couple of weeks I was up and about. Peak PT has supported me in rehabbing multiple sports related injuries over the last decade. Each injury from torn acl's, shoulder injuries, and any other abuse my body has taken; has been rehabbed and got me back to competing with full confidence in a short amount of time. I went to Peak Physical Therapy because I had been suffering with constant pain and headaches caused by TMJ for nearly a year. Peak was the only Physical Therapy group in the area that listed TMJ as one of the disorders they treated. Dr. Dan was absolutely wonderful, and between my weekly visits and the exercises that I was given to do at home, I was pain free within weeks. Been a customer here before (lower back) and would highly recommend! This time broken left thumb(3 places). Staff is always attentive to get you started on rehab and it is up to you the individual to continue your steps to healing (rehab) if you do not want to get better do not waste yours or there time. Had a fantastic experience at PEAK. I had a Tibial Plateau Fracture and a Torn Meniscus and was told i would not be able to do much for at least 12 weeks by my doctor. After 4 weeks i was playing golf and doing all of my daily activities. I worked with Dan primarily, but the other physical therapists were great as well. Front desk staff was courteous and organized. I received text messages two days before every appointment which made life much easier. I would definitely recommend them, as i already have, and will continue using them in the future! read more

I had a great experience at Peak Physical Therapy. Recently had a total left shoulder replacement, Post-op pain and loss of function was severe. After 6 weeks, I have no pain and have regained full strength and range of motion. Dan was wonderful--in constant motion--with instruction, encouragement and hands-on care. Peak was amazing, Dr. Fishman was amazing. My left hand went from zero to about 85 % recovered. I was worried, due to how it looked when it came out of the cast, it was extremely weak, I couldn't even hold a bottle of water.
