I had another dr to go afterwards and therefore I was late. The 2 nd time I just went for blood lab. The nurse fished arounf my arm I see the needle moving no blood registered and she said it's right there the vein as she said it she's lifting up the skin with the freaking needoe. I said I a retired MA worked for Red Cross so I said take it out. Ok we got the hand. I called fri. 7/9 @3:20 p.m. for a verification of a my appt on Monday. She said What! who asks or says what to a patient in appropriate way. you have to be professional in mannerisms and dialogue. Most other girls there or anywhere else will say excuse me I did not hear you. Or I'm sorry can you repeat that or we have a bad connection try calling back. Nothing! She hung up. I couldn't understand her sounded muffled like she's smacking gum But I didn't say that To her. I called again and said I might be 15 min late she said if your late we can't see you In a fast snippy voice. I said that's not fair I waited 45 min to see the DR and ya can't let someone else go "ahead " of me as I'd be 15 min late if that. Nope so now I feel that's rude. If I quit going this will be why. a nicer compassionate reply such as I'm so sorry or just come and someone might be ahead of you then like every dr in Orange County deals with. She didn't even offer another appt. in this month. It's Was A matter of getting a cab ride and they are not perfect in timing. Least I asked. I will most likely tell the dr and if this happened where I am late after paying for a cab I would expect to lose my place but not my appt. he would and could see the next patient 15 min. then expected as most ppl are early as I've been half hr early each time and still waited over half hr . The reason why i made…read morean appointment quickly is because I needed clearance for my new hearing aids, and that audiologist suggested that I follow up with my doctor due to something. On the 7th, after my appointment, I had messaged my doctor asking for clearance for hearing aids and to investigate something called Type B. Applaud Dr. Lau for communicating effectively via the patient portal, and taking care of it right away. I went to this appointment with my mom, just so she gains a better understanding. Dr. Lau did a good job communicating with me about my past hearing test, and was able to put together the situation. He also used a microsope to look inside my ears for any fluid, and didn't find any. He also gave me all the information and prior hearing tests to back up the information. highly recommend Dr. Lau!

I was recommended to go to Dr. Pandya's office in Stony Point and had a great experience there. Dr. Pandya is warm and friendly and genuinely seems to care about the well being of his patients. He took the time to tell me why he diagnosed me the way he did and asked me to call if there were any changes or questions. I started to feel better the same evening, after taking the recommended medication. I called to follow up the following day, after a new development, and he quickly assisted me and was very pleasant, asking me to keep him updated on what was going on. Dr. Pandya is the most informative, pleasant doctor I have been to in as long as I can remember. I highly recommend him!

Ok, my appointment was for 8am and there are 3 other people waiting to get checked in. If I were late to arrive anywhere I would first apologize and then probably not chastise the waiting customers. Now I will be later than expected arriving to work after this appointment. Also, there is a strong smell of urine wafting through the office. I made an appointment and even needed to reschedule which I was able to do without any issues. Phone calls to this place were always pleasant and when I arrived for my appointment I was promptly taken in (less than 5 mins waiting). The medical facility has medical professionals in several areas of expertise but I was here for a general "check-up" to ensure all my moving parts were in working order. For convenience they even have a laboratory on site if your insurance covers it, that's a neat convenience. Overall I was really happy with my experience. Reception staff, nurses and doctors were super nice and I was taken care of promptly. I was uncertain if my insurance plan covered the use of their on-site lab so when I asked for a script to use LabCorp it was happily provided to me. They didn't insist I use their own lab or anything to that effect. I was provided what I felt was great treatment and great customer service. So far I have no reason to be dissatisfied with this medical facility. They even offer urgent care services on weekends but I'm not sure if that is run by the same daytime staff that I interacted with. NOTE: This is a duplicate listing for this business.

The tone is often irritated or short, which makes even simple scheduling questions feel uncomfortable. Please work on the front office staff and the people who answer the phone. There are PLENTY of people who would be happy to work at their capacity. I've also found that the bedside manner of the two doctors I've seen--Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Rosmarin--is severely lacking. Again, speaking only from my own interactions, they come across as unsympathetic and dismissive. Many times, it has even felt like I was being spoken to in a scolding or condescending way rather than being treated as a patient needing care. The remaining doctors are excellent. I dread to take my child knowing that one of the two are serving sick appointments. Yes, I could go else where but the remaining group is what has kept us there. I'm willing to wait to see any of them for a visit.
