I really like the homey feel of the office and that I see the same doctor every time. The staff is very efficient and caring. The turn around of requested documentation is very quick. The doctors take the time to listen to the concerns and do not seem rushed. It is rare that I have to wait for more than 20 minutes after the appointment to be seen. More often than not we are seen right away and the nurses are great with the boys. In addition to my boys being treated by these doctors my brothers were also patients of this wonderful duo. Kristen has been available since dealing with an on going illness with our 4yo. As a working parent with a military spouse who is often away after school and weekend hours are so important. Also she is so accommodating with helping us avoid urgent care which aren't equipped for pediatrics. Kristen and the office staff are also personable and responsive. They make it easy to make appointments and are friendly when arriving at the office. They also shredded my son's medical history when he first got admited as a patient after his first visit, they said it was a mistake, and that they where already on it, but the next time we went to or our follow up visit they stil haven't got the medical records from his previous pediatrician, acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I do have to clarofy that Doctor Flynn is good, patient and very clear with the information he gives parents, but the rest of the service needs a lot (and I mean A LOT) of improvement.

While at a well visit, I confirmed a prescription. Prescription was never sent in. I called the office the next day and was told they would talk to the doctor. Still nothing. Sent a message in the portal the next day after, and still no response. This was amongst a few other things that we had issues with in the past year, such as misdiagnosing bronchitis which urgent care did correctly. In this same time period, political emails were being sent out by the office which I'm attaching. I feel that the focus of the practice should be on quality health care. and unfortunately I don't think the quality is there anymore.

We got a recommendation from an affiliated urgent care center and were able to have a same day in person visit. The physician's assistant checked the usual (nose, throat, ears, glands) and didn't see anything off but wanted to do a strep test based on previous experience. 5 minutes later we had a positive result, a prescription, and an answer as to why my kid was so uncomfortable. I'm so glad we went to a thorough, knowledgeable pediatrician. Worth it!

I switched to this office from another local pediatrician, and unlike their office a real person answers the phone always at Dr. Tashman's office! I'm never on hold like I was in the other office. When I am in the office, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back into a room where the doctor quickly comes in and sees us. It's like a breath of fresh air after the other doctors office. Both Dr. Tashman and Liz (his PA) actively listen and take the time to explain everything to you, and to fully answer your questions. I have no clue what these other negative reviews are talking about - I am a VERY picky mama that has been in the social work/medical field for over a decade with super high standards (hence why we switched pediatricians when the old one was failing - I won't have anything but the best for my kids)... me and my babies love the office staff, the nurses, and the doctors.
