Suzy was our first point of contact in getting the bid which was pretty seamless. A small deposit is put down and then the work is scheduled. We had a crew of 4 (Abner, Maggie and unfortunately we cannot remember the other two) that came to our house to close off our kitchen from the rest of the house while they sanded, painted and got the work done. They went above and beyond to get some tricky glued cork shelf liners the prior owners had put down sanded off. Our dog was pretty smitten with Maggie and wanted to be in the mix of everything which we kept him away but again, they all could not have been nicer to give him a little love as well. We had the work finished on a Saturday because they didn't want us to go the weekend without access to our kitchen. We let the paint cure for an additional week before moving back in but it was nice to have access to the fridge, microwave, etc. All in all, this is a project we are really happy with and the price was in line with the work done. He also installed new MDF for the stair risers (not painted yet in photo since they don't handle painting). Floor has no creaks in the rooms/hallway and looks beautiful. Pricing was fair and the best I could find in the area, and they were good about removing the costs for anything I handled myself (I removed old carpet and LVP, etc.) even though there were a handful of staples I wasn't able to pull myself from the stair risers. Just one word of warning, make sure you measure your floor space yourself--their measurements for the work were off by about 50 square feet, which would have made a big difference in the number of boxes of material I had to purchase. I think this was probably accidental from them including the bathrooms but given that _every_ floorer I spoke to provided inaccurate estimates it's best to just do the measuring/math yourself.

I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.
