It's been since 2021 when we got our Citizen bikes and now have 1050 miles on them, which seems to us like a lot but we do NOT ride our bikes everyday. I've owned a bicycle as a preTeen when I'd ride the one way distance of about 23 miles from North Beach San Francisco to the Golden Gate Bridge, then through Mill Valley, then UP to the Mt Tamalpais peak, then speed down without brakes to Stinson Beach and lunch, then ride back at young age of 14 ! I was young BUT knew enough to stop in Sausalito for fish & chips at the then famous Arthur Treachers Fish and Chips! Those were the days! These days here in WNY I've so many flat tires on MY folding 16" ebike since we started riding our real bikes on various area biking/hiking trails since 2021! In ALL of my bicycle days of my past in Spain, France, but mostly in my San Francisco, I've maybe had two flats, back in those days when I rode on the streets and as fast as the cars next to me! Yesterday was flat number SEVEN on my 16" folding eBike and as I mentioned, we do NOT ride often, and on the bike paths we use, I'm always looking out to AVOID stones glass and bumps more than covid! What is it with these bike that is so "bad" I am getting so many flat tires? Are you experiencing this too where you bike? It took them about 35mins and it's as good as new.... AGAIN!

I wanted this jacket for a year long trip to South America and thought it wouldn't have any issues with day to day wear. Maybe 3 weeks after Christmas the outside seams started to pull and fray. I spent an hour of back and forth with the store listed on the receipt and the warranties department and was told I could have an exchange only because my mom had the foresight to give me the receipt and it was luckily 53 days after the purchase. The Columbia warranty is a livid joke. 2 options; a 35$ reimbursement for a seamstress to fix the problem OR Send your only jacket back in the dead of winter and wait 4 weeks for them to decide whether they will give you a refund so you can buy something else from their website. This experience alone makes me want to never buy Columbia again even though I got the exchanged jacket, it was a long and painful fight. I was assured it was a factory defect and I wouldn't have the problem again. Its been less than 2 weeks and I have a pull on the outside seam in a different location than the other pulls I had on the previous jacket. This is so sad and disappointing for a jacket from a company who should be able to stand behind their products. I will never be able to recommend Columbia after this, I will never be able to trust them and I will never again be a customer.

It's one of the things I have started to do on my travels. I looked up ahead of time to see if there was a location nearby and I was in luck. This is one of the shops inside the fashion outlets that do not have the same hours as the mall itself. They are one store that opens before the mall does and, from what I was told, one of the few that stays open after the closing times. I came in, and appeared to be the first customer of the day. They had a sale on the graphic tees. I grabbed two to get the deal and continued onto the clearance rack. I grabbed another shirt and headed to the registers. When I got to the register and she was a delight. She was very knowledgeable of the items they have in the store and about the general area. We chatted a bit about everything and anything. I even asked if there were any Columbia stores in the area I was heading to next. It was a refreshing take on shopping.

It was easy to shop around as they have well displayed signage and each aisle has tons of stock. They have more than just shoes! Check out their apparel, backpacks, hats, socks, and other items. It's a good store for pretty much anything 'sport' or 'active lifestyle' based. I love their shoes, but sadly they are a little too narrow for my feet, and I need a better fit for running. However, I do like their duffel bags for taking items to and from events! Overall: A Good outlet location for this chain - cheaper than a regular store and plenty of items for every type of 'active' person. Good service! -Stacy F.

Totally disappointing tent and customer service experience! Stay well away!…read more The truck-tent arrived a day before our camping trip (that's our bad, we should have ordered in more time), and the packaging was already damaged on the outside. Boxes on the inside were covered in what appeared to be a child's crayon scribbles, giving clear indication that we had paid almost $400 for a previously returned product rather than something new as advertised. Once we drove 8 hours away to our camp site and opened up the contents of the boxes, several tent poles were rusty and one of the poles actually showed signs it was about to split. The damaged pole would not fit into the designated holes, probably the reason for the previous return. Assembly was very frustrating due to this, and the pole eventually snapped in half. We had to just make do with the tent half assembled! To make matters worse, that night it rained and the tent leaked, allowing water into the space behind our heads. So much for it being "waterproof"! The final insult was customer service. After receiving what was clearly a defective product, we were told that they would not accept a return as the box had been opened. How exactly is a customer supposed to discover rusty, broke, ill-fitting poles and a leaking tent without opening the box and attempting to use the tent? This policy is less like customer service and more like a way to avoid responsibility for defective merchandise. I even tried to take the matter up with the BBB, and the response from Napier Outdoors was just that it was policy. No apology, no attempt to make things right - even with photos for evidence! Between damaged packaging, poor-quality materials, leaking tent and unhelpful customer service, this has been one of the worst product purchases I've made. Save yourself the frustration, and terrible camping experience, and spend your money elsewhere!
