The employee serving me was Charolette and she was extremely thorough and dedicated to help me find both a shoe and a boot. My feet are not easy to size since. Sometimes I need two different sizes. I wear a knee-ankle foot orthosis on my right leg only. Charolette spent over an hour with me, and was willing to spend another hour if needed. She was determined to make sure I left feeling satisfied. Excellent multi-tasker as she helped other customers in-between, and was patient and friendly the entire time. Store manager Christina tried to help as well by searching for shoes whe I could buy two different sizes for the price of one. Christina made me feel positive, reassured, and confident in my foot wear needs having experience fitting other customers with various types of orthosis.

Either way I've bought many pairs of shoes and some apparel and not been disappointed with either the quality or prices. Staff and management are friendly and helpful. Weekends are usually nuts especially in the summer so I try to go on a Tuesday or Wednesday when it's quieter. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the product turnover, new stock, isn't always the quickest so you may see the same stuff a couple visits in a row, otherwise never any issues. Although I'm not one who returns things very often, the one time I did it was quick and easy. Two thumbs up!

I was looking for winter coats but there were workout pants and tshirts closer to the front of the store. In the middle of the store were winter jackets and there wasn't a lot of sizes in each style but I did find a few I liked in the right size. I asked the sales associate if they had some purple jackets and he showed me a few. In the back of the store they have a section for youth. The men's section to the right had winter jackets, shorts, pants, and tshirts. The sizing seemed to be more of the small and x-large. Most items were 40% off but there were some that were 60% off and clearance was 75%. I was happy to get some decent prices and good service.

I loved it…read morefrom the very beginning and wore it everyday to work but always changing out of it before doing any work. I wanted this jacket for a year long trip to South America and thought it wouldn't have any issues with day to day wear. Maybe 3 weeks after Christmas the outside seams started to pull and fray. I spent an hour of back and forth with the store listed on the receipt and the warranties department and was told I could have an exchange only because my mom had the foresight to give me the receipt and it was luckily 53 days after the purchase. The Columbia warranty is a livid joke. 2 options; a 35$ reimbursement for a seamstress to fix the problem OR Send your only jacket back in the dead of winter and wait 4 weeks for them to decide whether they will give you a refund so you can buy something else from their website. This experience alone makes me want to never buy Columbia again even though I got the exchanged jacket, it was a long and painful fight. I was assured it was a factory defect and I wouldn't have the problem again. Its been less than 2 weeks and I have a pull on the outside seam in a different location than the other pulls I had on the previous jacket. This is so sad and disappointing for a jacket from a company who should be able to stand behind their products. I will never be able to recommend Columbia after this, I will never be able to trust them and I will never again be a customer.

There's a lot of different sections like running, general training, and golf for men, women, and children. I just wasn't a fan of any of the colour combinations, branding (they carried the line by the Rock), and the graphics they had. They had some Toronto wear that featured the "416" area code but wasn't as nice as what they offer at Peace Collective, for example. It was so hard to find a second item to buy even with the good deal, so we wound up leaving empty handed.
