Stay well away!…read more The truck-tent arrived a day before our camping trip (that's our bad, we should have ordered in more time), and the packaging was already damaged on the outside. Boxes on the inside were covered in what appeared to be a child's crayon scribbles, giving clear indication that we had paid almost $400 for a previously returned product rather than something new as advertised. Once we drove 8 hours away to our camp site and opened up the contents of the boxes, several tent poles were rusty and one of the poles actually showed signs it was about to split. The damaged pole would not fit into the designated holes, probably the reason for the previous return. Assembly was very frustrating due to this, and the pole eventually snapped in half. We had to just make do with the tent half assembled! To make matters worse, that night it rained and the tent leaked, allowing water into the space behind our heads. So much for it being "waterproof"! The final insult was customer service. After receiving what was clearly a defective product, we were told that they would not accept a return as the box had been opened. How exactly is a customer supposed to discover rusty, broke, ill-fitting poles and a leaking tent without opening the box and attempting to use the tent? This policy is less like customer service and more like a way to avoid responsibility for defective merchandise. I even tried to take the matter up with the BBB, and the response from Napier Outdoors was just that it was policy. No apology, no attempt to make things right - even with photos for evidence! Between damaged packaging, poor-quality materials, leaking tent and unhelpful customer service, this has been one of the worst product purchases I've made. Save yourself the frustration, and terrible camping experience, and spend your money elsewhere!

I was looking for winter coats but there were workout pants and tshirts closer to the front of the store. In the middle of the store were winter jackets and there wasn't a lot of sizes in each style but I did find a few I liked in the right size. I asked the sales associate if they had some purple jackets and he showed me a few. In the back of the store they have a section for youth. The men's section to the right had winter jackets, shorts, pants, and tshirts. The sizing seemed to be more of the small and x-large. Most items were 40% off but there were some that were 60% off and clearance was 75%. I was happy to get some decent prices and good service.

I looked up ahead of time to see if there was a location nearby and I was in luck. This is one of the shops inside the fashion outlets that do not have the same hours as the mall itself. They are one store that opens before the mall does and, from what I was told, one of the few that stays open after the closing times. I came in, and appeared to be the first customer of the day. They had a sale on the graphic tees. I grabbed two to get the deal and continued onto the clearance rack. I grabbed another shirt and headed to the registers. When I got to the register and she was a delight. She was very knowledgeable of the items they have in the store and about the general area. We chatted a bit about everything and anything. I even asked if there were any Columbia stores in the area I was heading to next. It was a refreshing take on shopping.

I regret to say I had a bad experience with Niagara Quartermaster. I hope this is an isolated…read moreincident, but I am not sure. I hate to write a bad review of any business, but the staff demonstrated a fundamental lack of care in my opinion. I am not from the Niagara region. A friend recommended NQ to me, and so I used their Airsoft part ordering service. This process took a couple months, with an extreme lack of communication. My friend would frequently contact the staff, and they would consistently not be aware of the status of our products. Apparently their parts "person" would not be in, and they would not maintain consistent contact with him. NQ would never give an ETA, citing problems at the border with the United States. When the products finally did arrive, we made the hour or so trip into St. Catherine's. Little did we know that the parts were not even ordered for one of my friend's guns. I handed over mine (CYMA M14 and KJW M9) to be fitted with a new barrel and hop up, and my friend gave his Desert Eagle to their gun technician. They then proceeded to tell me (after a week or so) that the hop up replacement was not necessary and that the barrel did not fit. They did not have access to my guns. I get that. But if they did not know something, they should have asked. I still got charged $25 for labour and my friend's gun was worse off than it came in. In terms of selection, NQ is not bad. However, DMZ does get a G&G shipment each month. I would place an order with them and get guns with them instead. I understand certain things take time, but I was never informed of the delay and was never questioned if parts would fit. They still charged me $25 and told me "this stuff happens". A fundamental lack of customer service.

They have decent prices, 20% - 70% off when we were there. They sell mostly their own branded merch. I've seen them up north at other places, but infrequently. I think there are other brands that take a bit more of the market share for attention / buying. Overall: B- Solid location for cold weather gear if you just want occasional use.

Website said this location had 6 pairs in stock that met that criteria - 4 Nike and 2 New Balance. Get to the store, and every sneaker aisle is basically labeled as "running". Took several minutes to find an associate because none of them were wearing uniforms, name tags, or anything else to denote them as an associate. Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.
