And then you have to hunt all over the place to find your items that didn't sell if you want them back. But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.

The next morning, less than 24 hours after the initial purchase, I attempt to return the dress and the owner said, "I can't believe you would ask to return this." I faced a hardship because I did not look and read every single thing on her cluttered counter. I could understand refusing the return had the dress been worn, or if the return date was lengthy, but she refused to return my money because there was nothing else in the store worth purchasing. The most challenging part was the owner's deplorable attitude. She only cared about how the purchase impacted her, not me. Had she returned this item, I would have been likely to patronize her business in the future, now, all I will do is avoid it and warn others to be 100% certain of their purchase.
