I came back here a couple years ago…read moreto get my Multistrada forks rebuilt because they were leaking, and the forks ended up leaking again only a couple months later. I went to the dealership to get it looked at, and they said Evolution didn't change the bushings, and photographed damage to the coating on the fork tubes where they go inside the legs. Now the forks start leaking every couple thousand miles. I can't prove this damage happened because of Evolution, but the dealer realized he should take a picture of the fork tube, and Evolution's mechanics or technicians apparently didn't. Either way, it's not worth bringing a bike here again.

I brought in in last Wednesday and called me yesterday to come get the machine. No waiting around for parts which was always Mark's excuse. The difference that I saw was that this guy was actually working on a bike when I dropped my ATV off and was working on a different bike when I picked up the ATV. With his claims of being "so busy", every time I saw Mark, he was sitting down behind his desk. No wonder it takes three weeks. If I'd taken it to Mark, it would still be sitting in his shop.

I dropped my car off with Cliff at 8am and got a call back at 11:30am that same day with the diagnostic. Cliff was very thorough with the follow up call, Eric is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond with checking on any other issues I was having. The CCU/HVAC on these older 911's are terrible but my AC now blows noticeably cooler/colder and gets to 55 degrees. Before it was struggling to do 70 degrees and only felt like it was blowing air.
