I opted for a cone of PB chocolate and was happy with my choice. The decor was unique and cute with a candy store in the back. They are located right next to the ski resort. Tin Cup is family-owned and got their start as a sandwich shop before the pandemic. They ended up becoming a ice cream and dessert shop afterwards. Tin Cup has a number of unique ice cream flavors. I stopped by here after skiing all day. There was a line, but I made it the ordering counter in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Salted Caramel and Honey Lavender in a cup. I enjoyed my ice cream and headed next door to a coffee shop to grab a cup of coffee. It was the perfect combo after a day on the slopes. The staff here at Tin Cup was great.

The crust was amazing. I also shared with friends who ordered the Caprese and some wings. The food was super quick, which was great since we were hungry. I ordered a frozen lemonade drink, which was also good, but kind of ordinary considering the price. I would definitely go back! The service was really good. We loved that we had multiple people checking in on us.

We started with the fiery passion and the rum sour and were impressed by the complexity of flavors in both, the fiery passion was a real winner, with a taste of passionfruit, and the habanero pineapple in the rum really coming through, but not in a overly sweet way, just enough. The chili sugar rim was a unique way to really set it over the top. The rum sour was also delicious, the Demerara, giving it almost a hint of an old-fashioned, but keeping it light and foamy throughout. Such an incredible set of cocktails. I also had the tomato bisque soup, it was so yummy and cheesy, and the staff were nice enough to bring out some local made bread toasted on the side. Then, Tina made us her own special cocktail, a take on a strawberry spicy rum, with an egg white to give it a delicious foamy texture. All the drinks are delicious, and Tina noted that they were the strongest cocktails in the area, with 2 1/2 shots per drink. We were definitely feeling fun and talkative as we were leaving. This place was so upbeat, with games to choose from, but still keeping a refined mountain vibe. We tried to go back again the next day, but had finished earlier and the bar didn't open yet! Bummer. The quality of ingredients and preparation were all spot on. Bacon was triple crispy as I requested. Hash browns were made with butter, as I insisted. Eggs were cooked perfectly, neither rubbery nor slimy. Magnificent was the French toast. Served as something resembling a German log roll, it was crispy on the outside, tasty throughout, and yet remained free from being bread-y. I savored every bite of this, a real highlight. You can substitute this for the muffin for a $2 fee or thereabouts. Do that, and you won't be disappointed. Two areas that could be improved: the pancake syrup, and while it tasted fine, was definitely corn syrup based and low quality. I humbly think that the owner could easily charge $1.75 more and offer the real thing. Further, the orange juice wasn't great, acceptable, but far from a real fresh squeezed caliber. The hostess forced me to sit at the bar when tables were open. Fortunately for me, a spectacularly responsive and friendly other server rescued me, provided me a table and provided the utmost in service for a breakfast styled establishment of this ilk. She was also food knowledgeable as her husband and her own one of the truly great restaurants in town, further down the street on Elk Avenue. Pricing was just right. Location is fantastic as well.
