The employees know their store and customers so well, they do a great job of being personable and remembering customer. Meers always has a great selection of shoes and clothing. I always have a hard time not buying something, ha! I also really enjoy their Instagram, they post everyday and it's a great way to know what they have or get me excited to go in.

Love love love Miss Meer's. A friend of mine introduced me to this wonderful shoe store years ago…read morewhen they were located down by the 5th street market. Their annual shoe sale is seriously better than the semi-annual Victoria's Secret sale, I swear. Located in Oakway Center, it's hard to not peek in whenever i'm shopping just to see their selection of shoes. These are quality high end shoes, everything from Frye's, Hunter's, to Jeffrey Campbell. While expensive, every pair of shoes that I have purchased here has lasted for literally, years. I love that there is such variety here. You can come in one week and then come in two weeks later and the shoes have changed! They now have clothes at Miss Meer's. Really nice dresses, jeans, and tops. I haven't bought any clothes yet but can't wait til I do! I recently stopped by and purchased a pair of Hunter's rain boots that were not only in my size but I scored 50% off the retail price! Hallelujah I hope it rains all year. Just kidding, no I don't.

Bought a bike from an East coast company that has an agreement with Lifecycle to assemble bikes for…read morethem for customers in Eugene. The bikes at Lifecycle seem pretty high end, whereas the bike they assembled for me would be mid to low, and honestly, I do have trepidation walking into high end bike shops as workers can be really snobbish. In fact, customer service in general at the moment is not the best anywhere, so my plan was just to get in and get out. And let's not forget, I wasn't paying for the service. Anyway, these guys were great, real friendly, real down to earth, and they treated me no differently than if I had been picking up a 5000 dollar bike. It is such a relief and a bright spot nowadays to be dealing with people in stores that really want to have your business, and these guys know how to make a customer feel welcome. Got the bike home and noticed a clicking in the rear wheel that I couldn't figure out, so called them and they said bring it down and they'd take care of it. That is exactly what they did. On the spot. The problem wasn't obvious and they had two or three guys looking at it, test riding it, trouble shooting it. Instead of treating it as a burden, work that wouldn't be charged for, they seemed to treat it as a challenge. So I hung out in a local cafe for a bit, they called me, I came back and picked it up, no problems since. I just can't tell you how rare it is to find people who take pride in their work, enjoy the challenge of it, and know how to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated, even, in this case, ones who are not paying a dime. Thanks guys. I would recommend you to anyone, and I will be sending a letter saying the same to the company I bought the bike from. They chose a good partner for this service in Eugene.
