Excellent service and wonderful staff at this chiropractor. I felt as if they really cared for me. I will return in the future.

Would not recommend this office for pregnant women. They didn't have accommodations for pregnant women and tried to use the same machines/beds. While their intentions seemed good, I don't think they had much experience with pregnant women. Every time I left their office (went ~6 times), I was instantly in more pain than when I arrived. It didn't feel like the right kind of pain, either. Office was always packed, it seems like people enjoy it there. Office is outdated/old. Mainly wouldn't recommend for pregnant women. read more

During one of my daily workouts, my lower back told me to STOP doing what I was doing. Ouch! Where to go to get fixed? After some internet searching, I found Mountain Park Chiropractic and was pretty impressed with my initial visit. Clean office, super friendly staff, and professional doc. We discussed my x-rays (got these done elsewhere, as MPC does not do x-rays) and I learned that yes, I'm out of alignment and the vertebrae in my neck are not in the "normal/optimal" slightly curved shape. My sessions begin with a couple of treatments (heat application, electrical "pulsing" stimulation--my favorite!, or ultrasound therapy) then ends with the chiropractic adjustment (generally when the chiropractor manipulates the spine and other joints by using controlled force, leverage, direction, amplitude, and velocity). Adjustments occur while lying on the fancy chiropractic table; the table is like a massage table on crack: headrest, footrests, armrests, motor that moves the table up/down. One of the oddly satisfying aspects of adjustments, at least to me, is the "popping" sound after the spine/joints are manipulated. That popping sound is the result of the joints releasing gas. When I called to schedule my initial visit, office staff offered to call my insurance company to confirm that it covers chiropractic care. Staff then called me back to say, yes, I'm good. I really appreciated that! In addition to chiropractic care, MPC offers massage therapy. I haven't tried a massage yet, but will probably do so soon. If you have back, neck, shoulder, etc. issues, check out MPC. They're great! read more

Great service! Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They were able to get me in right away as I was in a lot of pain. The doctor is very nice and personable. I have been going to mountain park chiropractic since I moved to Ahwatukee back in 2010. David (The Doc) is not only good at what he does, but he's also very professional and sincerely concerned and cares about your health/pain. He's very friendly and courteous as well. One thing I really like about him is u can call in at a minutes notice and pretty much always (at least for me) be seen. There's been at least once maybe twice where I have called at near closing time and he stayed later for me. And another time when he didn't open on a certain day till the afternoon, he still made time for me as well by adjusting his schedule. Like I said he really cares about his patients. Do you know any Doc that does that? Well now you do. And his staff are ALL very friendly and curious as well. So if your looking for a great Doc, here you are. If i could give more stars I would. :) read more

I threw out my back for the first time this past summer and could not believe how absolutely painful that could actually be! I was terrified to sneeze because of the pain any minor movement created! Early Monday morning I reached out to the clinic through yelp messenger and explained my situation and before they even opened I received a response telling me to come in as soon as they opened and they would fit me in. From the moment I walked in the door the level of customer service and true empathy I received was top notch!! After multiple appointments I was well on my way to recovery. They took care of me like I was part of the family and even went over post treatment stretches and movements that I could do at home and in my regular day activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mountain Park Chiropractic and will not go anywhere else! read more

I recently got into a bad accident and had severe low and mid back pain along with pain radiating down my leg! As a result of my accident, I was unable to walk in a neutral position and ended up feeling worse in other areas due to compensation. I don't like to take medicine as I feel it is toxic to body and liver. Dr. Picarello and his staff are professional, kind, caring and attentive. I had never been to a chiropractor before but have witnessed first hand the remarkable power of chiropractic. With every visit I could feel a bit of relieve and the more I committed to my visits and treatments, the better I felt. Dr. Picarello's care has given my body the ability to heal by restoring the alignment in my spine which allows my nerves to function better. My review won't do Mountain Park Chiropractic justice. If you are hurting, have had an accident, injury or chronic pain and are looking for an alternative to "just dealing with it" or taking meds then this is where you should go. You won't be disappointed. They will make you feel right at home!!! Thanks Doc and staff read more

I have been to several chiropractors off and on over the past decade, and none have been comparable to the excellence experienced at Mountain Park Chiropractic. From the moment I stepped in seeking help for an acute episode on top of chronic lower back pain (I hadn't been stand up straight through the weekend), I realized this practice was a level above other chiropractic therapy I had in the past. The practice is extremely well organized and I have never had to wait long even with a full lobby; the hours have a wide range and are very convenient. Each visit is thorough, purposeful, well rounded; including pre- adjustment therapies that were not something I had experienced in the past at other practices. These in combination with adjustments have made the biggest improvement in my condition overall. Dr. Picarello and his staff are excellent at what they do! Thanks to them I am back on my feet and on the right path to recovery. read more

I am a Chiropractor who practices in North Phoenix. When I need to refer a patient to a Chiropractor in the Ahwatukee/Chandler area there is only one doctor I trust and that is Dr. David Picarello. I know my patients are going to receive the greatest care. I am very selective in who I choose to adjust my own spine and I have received numerous life enhancing adjustments from Dr P. I live in Cave Creek so it is a long drive to see him in Ahwatukee, but it is well worth the trip. Dr. Picarello helps me perform at my best and keeps me pain free and doing the things I love to do. I highly recommend Dr. Picarello. read more

I recently started experiencing back and pain and chose Mountain Park Chiropractic from the list of providers on my insurance website and I'm glad I did! I was nervous because I had never been to a chiropractor before (and generally avoid doctors anyway), but I began to feel at ease when I called to make my initial appointment. The staff are all incredibly friendly and personable and Dr. Picarello is great. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, the hours are great (I don't have to change my work schedule), and I never have to spend time in the waiting room - my appointments are always on time and efficient. Dr. Picarello used my x-rays to identify my issue and showed me stretches that would help. I've also really benefited from the ultrasound and IFC therapy. I would really recommend this practice as all the staff have such a sweet attitude, they genuinely care about your well being, and they make appointments as pleasurable as possible. read more
