Update review! Still coming here 7 years later! Still recommend Mountain Mikes. Always made well. Always treated well. Usually have the games on that you want to watch. They even have it decorated for Halloween. Dope! read more

Whether you're catering a party or ordering for dinner because you're too tired to cook -- which happens (all the time, that is the case for me) -- I would recommend Mountain Mike's Pizza! I order from here once a week. And I've also ordered for Birthday parties as well as they are reliable, quality of pizza is delicious, and the guests love it. Customer service is superb; staff is friendly and helpful. They are not pushy and do not pressure you into buying other items or more items. Pizza; my usual, would be the combination pizza -- love it! Located inside a plaza with other restaurants and stores; parking is available. Never had any issues with parking. One of the best spots when you're craving pizza -- would highly recommend! read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza is located in the Walgreens Plaza in Fremont. I heard about their new Zesty Aloha Wings, so I placed an order for that and a medium Pineapple Chicken Luau Pizza. The order was ready, and I came in to pick it up. The staff was helpful. The Wings were delicious as was the Pizza. I will definitely order from here again. read more

Pepperoni Calzone was 10/10 would recommend. This is a must try at a really good price.

They have 3 mountain mikes within a couple miles from my house but choose to give this one all my business. The manager and the staff are the main reason. They actually believe in customer service! Pizza is great. A lot of TVs! A lot of games for the kids. Will continue to give my business to this family owned establishment. read more

I ordered a large pizza, and then asked if they didn't have any special? the cashier Zain, after I tap my card says " there is but you have to mention it before" I said I don't know you have a special I'm asking, and he says with a smile "we do 30% off large pizza, you just have to ask before hand..." What? Like if Im ordering a large pizza, and you as a cashier know you have an ospecial on large pizza why wouldn't you willingly help the customer by giving them the special and perhaps get it back in a larger tip? What happened to customer service? And I've been to other Mt. Mike locations and they have automatic adjusted my order if it was a special. I paid $28.99 for a large pizza, with 30%, I would've save $8.697 which I probably gave it back through tips, but no. Bummed Store #121 read more

Pizza was made quick and the chopped mushrooms were bountiful! We don't get Mountain Mikes often but the coupons are really great to help with a lower price. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and courteous, not all people on the phone are like that, which makes me appreciative. Will definitely be ordering here again and more often, of course with a coupon. Lol And yes, the pizza was delicious! read more

If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I absolutely would -- Mountain Mike's Pizza on Decoto Rd deserves 6 stars, hands down. This isn't just another pizza place; it's the crown jewel of the brand, and that's thanks to one man: Jay, the owner. Jay has created something rare here -- a restaurant that feels like both a neighborhood hangout and a professional, well-run operation. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine hospitality. The staff reflect Jay's leadership: friendly, attentive, and truly invested in making sure you leave happy. You don't just feel like a customer here, you feel like part of the family. And the food? Incredible. The Combination pizza at this location sets the bar for every other Mountain Mike's. Loaded edge to edge with fresh toppings, meats, and veggies, layered with just the right amount of cheese, and baked to perfection on that famous Mountain Mike's crust -- it's hearty, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. You can taste the care that goes into it. This isn't a "fast" pizza, it's quality pizza, and it shows in every slice. Then there's the atmosphere. With big-screen TVs on every wall showing sports non-stop, this place has an energy that's unbeatable. Whether you're catching NFL Sundays, NBA playoffs, or just a regular baseball game, you'll never miss a play while enjoying your food. It's a sports lover's dream and a family-friendly environment at the same time -- a rare balance to find in a restaurant. Here's why this review is longer than most: I believe corporate needs to recognize what Jay has built here. This location should be the model for the entire franchise. Consistency, quality, atmosphere, and customer care -- Mountain Mike's Decoto Rd has it all. Corporate, if you're reading this: Jay is showing the blueprint for success, and this store deserves recognition. I've been to plenty of pizza places in my life, but this one stands apart. Every visit leaves me full, happy, and already planning my next stop. That's why I don't call this a 5-star experience -- I proudly call it a 6-star experience. Thank you, Jay, for raising the standard and showing what true customer care looks like. Fremont is lucky to have this Mountain Mike's. read more

Our team recently hosted a fundraiser here and I couldn't have been more impressed! Their pizza is delicious--perfectly crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and a great selection of toppings. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the entire event fun and seamless. I love that the manager, Jay, is so committed to helping others while serving some of the best pizza in town. He generously gave a portion of the sales to our local youth team which our organization really needed. Whether you're coming for a casual meal or to support a great cause, this place does not disappoint. Highly recommend read more

Went to the lunch buffet and no vegetarian pizzas were out. I asked if they could make a vegetarian pizza, and the guy muttered something. Turns out after 10 minutes of no new pizzas coming out, I asked again about the vegetarian pizza and then he eventually made one; which took an additional 10 minutes. The buffet used to be run better. Now it seems like they just want you to eat whatever they pre-made. Disappointing! read more

Food: absolutely delicious. All of it. This feed 6 adults and a child. Service: excellent. They were so kind and helpful in making food choices. Make sure you check in to see their offers & also make sure to download the app to get the points. Ambiance: they have lots of TV's and the games were playing all over. The new At the Ranch pizza is a amazing and loaded with flavor. I ordered 3 pizzas Sunday night the girl told me 20 minutes. When I arrived she said they were gonna be 15 more minutes so I just sat there and waited. The place was empty and they only had 2 people working. The guy in the back never acknowledged anyone he would just walk in and out taking food to someone in a car. At one point there were 4 people in there waiting on pizzas. The pizzas are good but they need more people working especially around dinner time. We all just waited in silence while we waited. Luckily we have more locations to go to if this location keeps doing this. read more

This is my favorite pizza spot for a reason!! The staff here is so welcoming and friendly, even on their busiest days they manage to serve me in a timely manner. Love that they always incorporate extra toppings on their pizza and their wings are next level. They maintain a very clean and festive vibe, which makes it that much for fun to dine there. Always my go to spot with friends and family. read more

On feb 8 2024 about 6 pm i ordered pizza on the phone for pick up. Was promised 20 min by a nice lady. After arriving 40 min later i was told that it will be few more minutes. After asking lady how long because i was kinda late she just went to kitchen and brought out my pizza. As i mentioned i was late and ended up eating pizza about 30 min later after i got to where i was going. Pizza was raw! literally it was cooked about 50-60%. little crust on the outside but complete mess in the middle. If it is kitchen staff then this place is a joke, if it's a nice lady from front (who appeared high btw, with red eyes and very messy hair) decided to be very smart, then this place need to screen their employees better. Do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about what they eat!!! read more

I'll say that it's usually pretty decent place and service is good. Sometimes it's hot or a miss

Mountain Mike's been our pizza spot lately after finding out their plain chicken wings tasted yummy! We typically order a medium half and half (half Hawaiian and half whatever the bf wants - usually combination/Everest). Lately, we order chicken wings as well. The pizza is a bit pricey compared to other places but it's good. I pay for extra pineapples but they always forget them... The chicken wings are good but really small in size. And last time, I had ordered 12 wings but they only gave me 6. read more

I was at this location about 3 mths ago. Of the approx 13 tables / booths there. 3 were clean and not littered with trash. 1 booth had 6 people eating at it , otherwise no one else in the restaurant. Just a few people came in during the maybe 40 min I was there. I give 3 stars, however, because my pizza was made well and was out to me in decent time. Just was the unbussed tables around that was gross. Time was around 6pm. I wondered how long the tables were going to be left like that. read more

Very good service and amazing food. I never had such amazing cuisine ever. All staff is very humble.

I had a negative experience with Mountain Mike's at 34533 Alvarado-Niles location recently and wrote a review about it. When I ordered for delivery, the app said I was ordering from the Decoto location so that's the one I thought I was reviewing. I was wrong! Today I received a phone call from the owner, Jay, of the Decoto location and we figured out that I had ordered from the Alvarado-Niles location, not Decoto. Jay was incredibly kind and professional and assured me they would never handle an order problem the way the Alvarado-Niles location had. This made sense since I've always had a good experience with Mountain Mike's before (my negative experience was a real shock). Bottom line: if you're ordering Mountain Mike's use the one at 3900 Decoto (five stars), but avoid the one at 34533 Alvarado-Niles location (zero stars). I will most definitely support the Decoto location in the future. Another bad sign: Yelp doesn't even have the Alvarado-Niles location as an option to review. Sketchy! read more
