The lettuce in the salad bar was brown and slimy. We told the young man and he said it was just cut yesterday. When I flatly said the lettuce was rotten he reluctantly said he'd cut more, which he placed the fresh lettuce on top of the rotten lettuce. Then when we asked for a fork he said there were none. It took a few minutes before he came back with wet forks. Finally it was the lunch buffet time. Four separate guests came and let because there was only two pieces of pizza left with 45 minutes left before the buffet ended. Very disappointed and concerns with health and food safety practices. read more

Mt. Mike's Pizza is hands-down my favorite pizza chain. This location is always clean, safe, and easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and my pick-up orders are usually ready in just 15-20 minutes. The Pike's Peak is my go-to--loaded with meats, flavorful, and always delicious. read more

Tried Mountain Mike's today and went with the Pikes Peak all-meat pizza -- absolutely loaded and full of flavor. I also grabbed the cinnamon dessert pizza, which was the perfect sweet finish. Both were delicious! The staff here made the experience even better. The woman at the counter was super welcoming and recommended some extras I ended up loving, and the cook came out and was just as friendly. You can tell they care about their customers. Great food + awesome service = I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this location! read more

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any Mountain Mikes. I ordered pizza at 6 PM and was told 45 minutes for delivery. I told them that's fine. I called back a little before 7 PM to ask for an ETA since it was about to be 1 hour since we ordered the pizza. I was told there is one delivery driver and he should be there any minute now. At 7:15 PM I called back and asked the guy on the phone for his name and he mentioned it was Daniel. I asked Daniel can you please contact your delivery driver to get an ETA and give us a call back. Daniel agreed. At 7:20 I called Mountain Mikes for a 4th time and asked to speak to a manager, the lady that answered the phone said she was the manager and if I could please hold. I told her that's fine. 8 minutes late Daniel answers the phone again and I told him I was on hold for the manager, Daniel stated the manager has left, I told Daniel I was on hold for the manager for 8 minutes what do you mean she left, he stated I don't know. I asked for the managers name and he stated it was Noor. I also mentioned to Daniel that I asked for a call back with the delivery drivers ETA his response was he didn't answer his phone. At this point I told him to cancel my order. At 7:42 PM I received a phone call from an individual asking for my address and that they were trying to deliver pizza to us. We told the delivery guy we cancelled that order 20 minutes ago. We have just recently moved to Fairfield, the distance from my house and this Mountain Mikes location is 3 miles. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION! There's PLENTY of mountain mikes in the general area, avoid this one. Always late (and not hot when it is late), always rude, always looks half assed. In a plaza with other businesses. The parking lot is a little tight but once you find a spot, you are in for some yummy eats! If you aren't familiar with Frymazing, they are a Korean Fusion restaurant! They have Bibimbop, bulgogi, Korean fried chicken (KFC) and now... A DIY RAMEN BAR!!! They also serve fries, too! They have a variety of KFC flavors buuut my favorites are Honey Butter, Soy Garlic and Yang Yum (Korean spicy bbq). I also tried Double Crunch (a dry ramen rub) and Jala-Lujah (a smooooth jalapeño flavor). So if you're hesitant on what to order, definitely go for a half & half order of chicken wings. But if you're bold and ready to take on some traditional Korean cuisine, I highly recommend their Bibimbop. ALWAYS get a fried egg with it and do not forget to mix everything together! Because once you do, each bite is a mix of everything Bibimbop has to offer! Service was excellent. Welcoming and quick! The ambiance is fun! Good music with lot of fun things to take pics of or just look at. They even have propagated plants for sale, too! So plant parents, you might find your next plant baby here. The DIY Ramen bar is so fun! First in Solano county. So if you've ever wanted to try a difference brand of ramen and want to eat it right away, go to Frymazing!

What's cool about this place is that you can get tortillas, salsas and Spanish rice with your chicken as well as more traditional sides such as coleslaw, garlic bread and potato salad. I go the 12 pice family meal which came with choice of tortillas or garlic bread and 2 large sides (I got coleslaw and Spanish rice). The chicken was delicious like usual and the coleslaw tastes a lot like KFC's coleslaw which I like. The garlic bread was a little soggy by the time I brought it home and could benefit from a little more seasoning. The Spanish rice also could be slightly more flavorful. They used to have a salsa bar where you can get your own salsa, but I did not see one and they did not include any in my togo which was disappointing (I did not realize until I got home). They have a parking lot behind the restaurant with a decent amount of parking, but be aware of your surroundings (particularly as it gets dark) because it's a little sketchy there due to some homeless hanging out there. The staff here is genuinely so nice and friendly every time. It adds a warmth to the experience that a lot of bigger, flashier restaurants can't match. Great value for authentic Korean BBQ -- you're getting quality food without the inflated price tag you'd expect at a bigger, trendier spot. The overall package -- food quality, price, and hospitality all lining up this well is rare, especially somewhere so under-the-radar. You can either dine inside or order takeout. The dining area is pretty small, so it seems better suited for smaller groups. Every time I come here it's the same guy is working at the front. He's always welcoming, greets you with a smile, and just has a really good attitude. Great customer service every time! For this visit, we ordered the Soy Garlic Wings, Magic Sprinkle Shrimp, Chicken Fried Rice, and fried tempura. Everything was GOOD! The Soy Garlic Wings are some nice, beefy wings! The soy garlic flavor is wonderful, and I love how the sauce coats the chicken perfectly without being too much. This was my first time trying the Magic Sprinkle chicken wings and I really enjoyed it. The seasoning has a little sweetness to it, which I wasn't expecting, but I didn't have a problem with it at all. The shrimp were also amazing I especially liked that the fried rice came with an egg, kimchi, and some glass noodles on the side. That was a nice touch and made the meal feel like you were getting a little bit of everything. Overall, this place is wonderful. If you ever have a taste for wings, shrimp, and fried rice, this place definitely hits the spot. Whether you're grabbing takeout or eating inside, it's worth checking out! I recently visited this pizza spot and was genuinely impressed by the whole experience. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, with a great balance of casual comfort and lively energy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The pizza itself was exceptional crispy, perfectly charred crust with fresh, high-quality toppings that really stood out. You can taste the care that goes into every ingredient. The sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, the cheese melted beautifully, and each slice had that perfect foldable bite. Beyond the pizza, the menu offered a nice variety of sides and drinks, and everything we tried was consistently delicious. Service was quick, and even during the busier moment the team kept things running smoothly. Overall, this place a must-try for anyone who loves great pizza. Whether you're dining in, grabbing takeout, or ordering for a group, you'll walk away satisfied. Highly recommended! read more

The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that's perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The service is always friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The pizza itself is fantastic. Their crust is perfectly crispy yet chewy, with a nice, golden finish. The toppings are fresh and generous, especially their signature combination. In addition, the salads are always fresh. Overall, Mountain Mike's is a reliable go-to for delicious pizza with excellent service. Highly recommended! read more

As far as chain pizza joints go, this one is a notch above. The manager (owner?) "built" us a vegan pizza! Now THAT is personalized service! There aren't any vegan pizzas on the menu ... the vegetarian has cheese, so that's out for us...and actually, shy of using all organic vegetables and flour etc., it was pretty darned close to what I would make at home.. I enjoy cooking, but sometimes I get busy or I'm tired, so it's nice to know we have another option. Yes! I would recommend this place to a friend. read more

My family got there right at the end of their lunch buffet. The staff told me they would not make any more for the buffet but would let me choose any of the specials which was very nice. However, the manager came out and said to give us the buffet. They asked us what pizzas we wanted and added them to the buffet. Not only were the staff great, the pizza is really good. Their pepperoni is fantastic, and all the vegetables tasted fresh. They really so pile on the toppings. read more

Evelyn's Pizza -- Fairfield, CA…read more I'm gonna be straight up... this might be the best pizza I've ever eaten. And I'm not saying that lightly. I've been to Chicago, I've been to New York, and everywhere I go I'm always stopping somewhere to try a slice, a bite, a sip of this, a taste of that. I've eaten A LOT of pizza. I got a New York Combo slice AND a slice of cheese pizza at Evelyn's and HOLY COW... when they say a slice is big, they aren't playing around. These things were basically whole pizzas by themselves. Both were perfectly cooked, with that perfect balance of a crisp outside and chewy inside. Everything tasted fresh, and you could actually taste the quality of the ingredients. But, what really made Evelyn's stand out to me was the fact that the place was very clean and the pizza didn't need to hide behind a bunch of grease, crazy toppings, or gimmicks. The crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings all worked together perfectly. Even the plain cheese slice had enough flavor to make me stop and appreciate it. That's when you know the pizza is doing something right. And the flavor? ABSURD. One bite and I was sitting there thinking, "Wait a minute... why have I been traveling across the country looking for this?" I also had a pint of an IPA that, unfortunately, I can't remember the name of ‍ but whatever it was, it paired with that pizza PERFECTLY and somehow made an already meal taste even better. I've had pizza in Chicago and New York, and I've had plenty of good pizza along the way, but Evelyn's just earned a spot VERY high on my list. Huge slices. Fresh ingredients. Amazing crust. Great sauce and cheese. Perfect cook. Ridiculously good flavor. went in expecting a good slice and walked out wondering how Fairfield has been hiding one of the best pizzas around this whole time. 10/10. No hesitation. I'll absolutely be back... Seriously, if you haven't tried this stuff yet, YOU MUST. I'm not even kidding. Go get yourself a slice and find out for yourself. I ended up stopping by Evelyn's Big Italian Pizzeria and Ristorante, a classic joint well known for its daily all-you-can-eat specials. Since I wasn't doing the AYCE route, I relied on Yelp photos to scout out their menu and settled on the Eggplant Grinder. Eggplant Grinder (Grade: C+) The bread itself was solid and held up well, but the sandwich fell short in the texture department. As it stands, every bite is completely one-note: mush. The eggplant desperately needs some crispness to balance out the heavy, rich red sauce. If the kitchen made one simple tweak--deep-frying the eggplant to a nice, salty crunch--this sandwich would easily jump to a solid 4-star meal. Overall, a decent neighborhood spot with good potential. If I ever hear they've started crisping up their eggplant, I'd gladly give it another shot.
