Incredible service and phenomenal pizza. I was going to give it to another restaurant just now a couple doors and changed my mind in favor of mountain Mike's Pizza and I'm glad I did. There are a lot of pizzas out there. I ordered a small supreme and only wish I had room to eat an extra large I'll be back!

The lettuce in the salad bar was brown and slimy. We told the young man and he said it was just cut yesterday. When I flatly said the lettuce was rotten he reluctantly said he'd cut more, which he placed the fresh lettuce on top of the rotten lettuce. Then when we asked for a fork he said there were none. It took a few minutes before he came back with wet forks. Finally it was the lunch buffet time. Four separate guests came and let because there was only two pieces of pizza left with 45 minutes left before the buffet ended. Very disappointed and concerns with health and food safety practices. read more

The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and my pick-up orders are usually ready in just 15-20 minutes. Tried Mountain Mike's today and went with the Pikes Peak all-meat pizza -- absolutely loaded and full of flavor. I also grabbed the cinnamon dessert pizza, which was the perfect sweet finish. Both were delicious! The staff here made the experience even better. The woman at the counter was super welcoming and recommended some extras I ended up loving, and the cook came out and was just as friendly. You can tell they care about their customers. Great food + awesome service = I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this location! read more

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with any Mountain Mikes. I ordered pizza at 6 PM and was told 45 minutes for delivery. I told them that's fine. I called back a little before 7 PM to ask for an ETA since it was about to be 1 hour since we ordered the pizza. I was told there is one delivery driver and he should be there any minute now. At 7:15 PM I called back and asked the guy on the phone for his name and he mentioned it was Daniel. I asked Daniel can you please contact your delivery driver to get an ETA and give us a call back. Daniel agreed. At 7:20 I called Mountain Mikes for a 4th time and asked to speak to a manager, the lady that answered the phone said she was the manager and if I could please hold. I told her that's fine. 8 minutes late Daniel answers the phone again and I told him I was on hold for the manager, Daniel stated the manager has left, I told Daniel I was on hold for the manager for 8 minutes what do you mean she left, he stated I don't know. I asked for the managers name and he stated it was Noor. I also mentioned to Daniel that I asked for a call back with the delivery drivers ETA his response was he didn't answer his phone. At this point I told him to cancel my order. At 7:42 PM I received a phone call from an individual asking for my address and that they were trying to deliver pizza to us. We told the delivery guy we cancelled that order 20 minutes ago. We have just recently moved to Fairfield, the distance from my house and this Mountain Mikes location is 3 miles. You can't make this shit up! read more

We rolled in 30 minutes before the close of the AYCE buffet with low expectations. We weren't disappointed. For only $15 per person, there was excellent salad choices, including potato salad, and plenty of excellent pizza for us to enjoy. Service was great and friendly. Despite being 10 minutes from this location, I waited an hour and twenty minutes to receive delivery of a cold pizza and cheese bread that was incredibly sub par. It would've been better to throw cheese on a piece of bread and call it pizza. Despite how bad it was, of course it was still expensive-almost 50$. I will not be ordering again. read more

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION! There's PLENTY of mountain mikes in the general area, avoid this one. Always late (and not hot when it is late), always rude, always looks half assed. I've given multiple chances to them (foolish on my end) even after being let down. They charge a premium and deliver the minimum, consistently. Save yourself the headache, and spend your money at a different location. read more

They gave me a sample chicken tender which was fresh, not too salty or greasy and also not from frozen. I didn't notice any seasoning on the lemon pepper but the chicken wings were tasty on their own. Again, not greasy but wish they were bigger...got mostly flats. I asked foe the fries to be seasoned too but they probably forgot. I love mushrooms so the fried mushrooms were good. I'll have to go back again and try their fish and other things.

In a plaza with other businesses. The parking lot is a little tight but once you find a spot, you are in for some yummy eats! If you aren't familiar with Frymazing, they are a Korean Fusion restaurant! They have Bibimbop, bulgogi, Korean fried chicken (KFC) and now... A DIY RAMEN BAR!!! They also serve fries, too! They have a variety of KFC flavors buuut my favorites are Honey Butter, Soy Garlic and Yang Yum (Korean spicy bbq). I also tried Double Crunch (a dry ramen rub) and Jala-Lujah (a smooooth jalapeño flavor). So if you're hesitant on what to order, definitely go for a half & half order of chicken wings. But if you're bold and ready to take on some traditional Korean cuisine, I highly recommend their Bibimbop. ALWAYS get a fried egg with it and do not forget to mix everything together! Because once you do, each bite is a mix of everything Bibimbop has to offer! Service was excellent. Welcoming and quick! The ambiance is fun! Good music with lot of fun things to take pics of or just look at. They even have propagated plants for sale, too! So plant parents, you might find your next plant baby here. I tried a few of my friend's salt and pepper wings too, and those surprised me in a good way with the seasoning and extra ingredients mixed in. If you go, I'd recommend trying your classic favs but they've got some wild options. The Peking, Louisiana Rub, and Thai Chili are my top choices. Also, please do yourself a favor and get the noodles.

I go the 12 pice family meal which came with choice of tortillas or garlic bread and 2 large sides (I got coleslaw and Spanish rice). The chicken was delicious like usual and the coleslaw tastes a lot like KFC's coleslaw which I like. The garlic bread was a little soggy by the time I brought it home and could benefit from a little more seasoning. The Spanish rice also could be slightly more flavorful. They used to have a salsa bar where you can get your own salsa, but I did not see one and they did not include any in my togo which was disappointing (I did not realize until I got home). They have a parking lot behind the restaurant with a decent amount of parking, but be aware of your surroundings (particularly as it gets dark) because it's a little sketchy there due to some homeless hanging out there. This location is on the busy North Texas Street, so pulling out of the parking lot can take a bit if you need to make a left turn to go east on North Texas St. If you want some delicious rotisserie chicken, this is the place to go. They have locations in Fairfield, Suisun and Vallejo. The least sketchy location would be at the Suisun location.

As far as chain pizza joints go, this one is a notch above. The manager (owner?) "built" us a vegan pizza! Now THAT is personalized service! There aren't any vegan pizzas on the menu ... the vegetarian has cheese, so that's out for us...and actually, shy of using all organic vegetables and flour etc., it was pretty darned close to what I would make at home.. I enjoy cooking, but sometimes I get busy or I'm tired, so it's nice to know we have another option. Yes! I would recommend this place to a friend. read more

My family got there right at the end of their lunch buffet. The staff told me they would not make any more for the buffet but would let me choose any of the specials which was very nice. However, the manager came out and said to give us the buffet. They asked us what pizzas we wanted and added them to the buffet. Not only were the staff great, the pizza is really good. Their pepperoni is fantastic, and all the vegetables tasted fresh. They really so pile on the toppings. read more

Place is empty most of the time when I am in the plaza and drive by. The continued poor reviews will continue to make me take my business elsewhere. I'm not convinced that this franchisee will ever make favorable changes for the customer. The franchisee will also drag this business into the ground eventually shuttering it. I love coming here just to have a beer after work and get a mini pizza. The workers give such great customer service and never fail to go that extra mile. Deliveries are usually right on time or faster than expected. Pizza always arrives fresh and the boxes aren't soggy like other establishments. Definitely would recommend this location. read more

Mountain Mikes was amazing. They went above and beyond for our youth baseball team. They blocked off a whole section of the restaurant and exceeded expectations.
