Okay, so Pizza guys had good ratings on the food delivery sites. I was craving pizza, so why not give it a try? The service is pretty decent and the pizza was actually packed well in the box. Don't judge me for adding that; you'd be surprised at how many times I've received pizza where the toppings have slid off in the box. The pizza wasn't horrible it just didn't meet my expectations. I ordered the MVP and the cheese was just subpar. The meats were over cooked but yet the pizza was greasy. How that is possible I'll leave for someone else to figure out. Maybe I just got a bad pizza or the cook had other things on their mind. In any case it was edible but that's about it. read more

Enjoy the service here timely transaction, they always show me my food before I leave. They keep my purchase with employee's and not in the lobby with other customers. No confusion on prices. Yummy build your own pizza! Pizza Guys crust is on par: not too chewy or too hard. I typically order a pizza with their basic crust, red sauce, and cheese. I add pineapple and anchovies for a sweet n' salty flavor. The amount of toppings and cheese on the pizza is standard. I appreciate the nice selection of toppings and cheese types when building a pizza. I especially love the anchovy option as it is hard for me to it find on some pizza menus. Very solid and this may be my new place! I used to frequent a local pizza place, but they went downhill very dramatically during the pandemic. I've always seen the weekly Pizza Guys ad and decided to give them a shot. My husband and I were very interested in their All Meat and their Pizza Guy's Combo. Luckily, they have a deal where you can get half and half of two specialty pizzas, so we did this along with an extra large Italian sausage pizza for the kids. I placed the order and paid online. I received a text notification that my order was ready for curbside pick up within 15 minutes. Now I will caution that this location is in the ghetto. I never go to this part of town, so I will probably do delivery next time, but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I'm not exactly sure what is going on with pizza guys and their rewards. I've logged in and ordered pizza with my free pizza coupon and when it arrives they charge me full price. So instead of a $30.00 order they charged my card $55. The first time this happened I thought I might have messed up and just dealt with the charge. The next time I ordered pizza, it happened again. I had to take the time to call them and explain the situation. He told me I didn't earn a reward, even though it said I did on the online ordering site. Perhaps he thought I was lying? So he offered me a small discount, which isn't right, since it's their website I'm ordering from. I kept explaining to him that I wasn't lying and they when the total came up it was $30. He told me it's never happened before. Etc. I ended up having to pay a bit more than what was expected. Pizza Guys...if you decide to keep this reward program, might I suggest you take care of this problem your website has showing rewards when there isn't any available for that account. What happens if someone orders pizza with their free pizza coupon and they live pay check to paycheck. Will you be paying for their overdraft fees? Has this happened to you as well??? Placed our order and was delivered. The driver said I should call the store about any complaints. I called the store and asked for the manager. Emoyee said no manager was in the store. I then asked for district manager's number. Employee then said there is no district manager and placed my call on hold. After waiting almost 15 minutes and 5 call backs with noone answering I hung up. I then received a call from store manager. He asked what he could do. I asked, "Didn't your emoyee tell you anything"? He said that she advised him to call me back. After a ten minutes of going back an forth about his unprofessional employee, I asked him for DM cell phone number. He then said he (manager) was the district manager. After catching him in this lie. I requested the corporate office number. He gave me a bogus number so I found the number online. It was after hours and I was unable to connect with anyone. Rest assuradly I will call number during regular business hours to resolve the matter of the untruthful manager and unprofessional hourly employee. I guess this is normal for this company. I am typically big fan of pizza guys and their deals, but this last order was horrible. I ordered a pizza online and received my confirmation at 5:28 pm. My email said "45" min. I understand that quoted times are not always right- it clearly said it on the email. HOWEVER, shouldn't I get a courtesy call if it goes over that time?? 1 hour and 15 min goes by and I call to inquire. They tell me he should be there soon. I wait another 15 min, still no delivery, so I call back. Total time at this point: 1 hour 30 min. (UNBELIEVABLE!) and in the same town??? I literally had to ask them to call the driver to see how far they are from my home. I know she probably didn't call and just placed me on hold. That is how much I felt valued as a customer. I was pretty upset and I was not even offered a credit or discount on it. I am not that type of customer that demands it, but I will voice my experience. Honestly, I understand that the weather may have been a factor since it was raining, but why wasn't I contacted of the late delivery even before 1 hour passed? The delivery driver showed at 7:06 pm. Nearly 2 hours after my order. The delivery driver did not apologize or even offer peppers or parmesan cheese. It was simply a pass of pizzas at our door. Our pizza was not hot, it was warm.
