My favorite was the one with olives in it because I love olives. It also comes with some of their iconic olive oils as well as balsamic. *Bucatini with Summer Squash: Also a big portion! The pasta was well cooked, and the pine nuts added excellent flavor. The summer squash was delicious and fresh. *Olive Oil Gelato: Two scoops per order, and I got vanilla with two different olive oil fruit drizzles. It works really well! The oil complements the ice cream, and the ice cream itself is delicious. It has a little more depth of flavor, and I think there's oil incorporated into it as well. I also did the olive oil tasting, which was a great experience as well. It was nice to learn about the process these olives go through, as well as how to assess the taste and quality of olive oil. There's a little shop near the entrance that has all the olive oils they make with descriptions on what they pair well with, balsamic vinegar, and other goodies. My parents loved the ice cream, and ordered another order to-go just before the bistro closed! Overall, the service is excellent and kind, the food is delicious, and the olive oil is plentiful. I got a New York Combo slice AND a slice of cheese pizza at Evelyn's and HOLY COW... when they say a slice is big, they aren't playing around. These things were basically whole pizzas by themselves. But, what really made Evelyn's stand out to me was the fact that the place was very clean and the pizza didn't need to hide behind a bunch of grease, crazy toppings, or gimmicks. The crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings all worked together perfectly. Even the plain cheese slice had enough flavor to make me stop and appreciate it. That's when you know the pizza is doing something right. And the flavor? ABSURD. One bite and I was sitting there thinking, "Wait a minute... why have I been traveling across the country looking for this?"
