The iced matcha latte with oat milk is how I like mine, was delicious!! It was lightly sweetened, not heavily. The coffee shop is family owned and built. The resin squares embellished with bike parts hand made! The NEON Proteus lights are the original lights from the original Proteus store. It's a cute little spot if you don't feel like the hustle and bustle of Starbucks and the like. They sell pastries, cookies and ice cream as well and there is indoor seating and out seating options. In addition to repairing the derailleur, they spent considerable time talking with me to explain the nature of the work that was needed as well as providing recommendations for other repairs to make the bike safe.
