Upon a recommendation of a friend I brought my vehicle to this establishment....I was met with courtesy, respect and confidence....the folks at Advanced Auto Service we're wonderful.... After having some not so nice experiences in the past with dealers and other outside service centers.....I must say it was a refreshingly nice experience and one that has brought me to give this review... On time, reasonably priced, honest (they won't sell something you don't need) and respectful auto service....can not ask for more....I will be returning in the future... Thank you Molli and everyone at Advanced... Vincent Mazzacone The Zen Works, LLC

The car had to be towed to a dealership where an inspection found no oil in the engine block, the result of the Gulf station improperly installing the new air filter. The catastrophic oil leak required an expensive engine replacement. Even after learning of our experience, and knowing that we were without our family car due to his shop's obvious negligence, the owner then refused to cover the costs following his insurance carrier's denial of his claim. And his insurance company just told me that he did not have active coverage because he has been failing to make regular payments. That forced us to involve our own insurance in order to cover the $15k-plus worth of work. We just got it back, nearly a month after it broke down.

Thankfully I did not have to wait hours they arrived in a timely fashion. They got my car towed to Vita Automotive. They have no drop box but not an issue since I live close. They got my car in the shop. Now I was not expecting preferential treatment so I was not bothered that my car was not completed "now". My gut told me what the problem was and I had a rough idea of the cost of repairs so again not the least bit concerned when I was not called to tell me what the issue was. Bottom line Vita does good work they are fair and reasonable. I am a convert now!

John is actually a nice guy who cares about customer service and returns both phone calls and emails immediately. I went there for four tires (as well as inspection, oil change, etc.). This is work they originally did, that I even offered to pay for it to be checked again, and they're now telling me "We're not working with you anymore. Find someone else." I would stay away from any mechanic that doesn't stand by the work they do.
