We had to pay cash in this specific scenario, so that caused some issues because the ATM at the Stop and Shop only allowed $200 to be withdrawn but once I was able to take care of that, we were quickly on our way. Further details: Admittedly, I initially opted for this location due to the unmatched coupon available within a reasonable amount of distance from me for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation. When I called to confirm I spoke with the shop owner, Dave, who was both very helpful and accommodating. He was even able to fit me in the same morning. I got there and recognized the waiting space, as well as the bathrooms, was clean and well maintained. Then Dave came in to introduce himself, and he was equally as customer oriented and friendly as on the phone as well as trying to be as efficient as possible as well as pointing out to me where I can find water if I needed some. Additionally, I couldn't help but overhear a stressful situation another customer was having (that was no fault to the shop at all) but they were having a difficult time understanding how to fix the problem and seemingly insisting that it was a "group situation" for the shop- but surely he was very patient and mild as well as helpful as he could be in the situation. That kind of customer service speaks volumes to me- I'm very customer service oriented and really trust and appreciate that kind of unteachable quality in character.
