I brought my car to Autoworks, i was told by the owner Ken drop the car off on a Tuesday and he will look at the car the follow day. Well the car sat there for another week without him looking at it. Final when they brought the car in to service my clutch it was in there for another week. Then i get a phone call from Ken stating that his is unable to repair my car and i should bring it to the dealer, when i went to pick up the car there was a ECT light on the dash which they cause. They broke a clutch switch that cause the ECT light on the dash and again they where unable to repair it. Ken told me have the dealer look at it and let me know what the cost was to repair. I brought my car to someone who knows how to work on Audi and all repairs where made in reasonable time and fair price. Then i brought Ken the bill for the clutch switch he broke and he is unwilling to pay for the damages he cause. i would advise to stay clear of this shop, even the head mechanic told me Audi are not a good car and i should sell mine. This shop is supposed to be an AUDI specialist!! read more

I picked up my 3 series yesterday after my 3rd time using them. Once for a water pump, once for basic service, and yesterday for brakes and window tinting. Ill start by saying that these guys really know their stuff. I am obsessed with my car and called them multiple times with questions, They we very friendly and helpful every time and you can tell they know basically everything about BMW's. All of the work they did was very well done and they explained every step of what they were doing. When i go to pick up the car the owner goes over your itemized receipt which all three times matched their estimate. The prices are fair. Both times i had work done (not including the basic service) I picked up the car completely cleaned and they even fixed a piece of my dashboard that i screwed up while attempting a DIY upgrade. All the work was done very well and i have never had any issues. At this point i trust bringing my car here over the BMW dealership. read more

I have to warn you about this place. First, if you write a review that's 100% true and you can back up every single thing you say.. they (kenny and his wife, Kathy) will threaten you. They will leave you fraudulent reviews and force you to get subpoena's for the IP addresses so you can sue them for libel and defamation. They took my car for repair, did not repair it, loaned it to three people to use for personal use and they were caught doing so. They charged me for a diagnosis (cash) told me to pick the car up and it was loaned out! I have documentation to back every single issue I have had with this place. I filed a complaint and received a refund. Although encouraged to do so, I did not pursue legal prosecution. After receiving threatening and harassing correspondence from Kathleen and Kenny, it is incumbent upon me to protect other people in the area. read more

Brought my BMW in for an inspection. The check engine light was on and I was told by the owner that it would not pass until they could fix the problem. We have been at this shop before so I felt very comfortable leaving the car for repairs. My husband and I were impressed with the owner's honesty with past car issues. Turned out to be a bad temperature sensor. It cost us $150 to repair which is a fair price. The car passed inspection and now runs better than ever! These guys are very good. The owner seems to really care about his customers. I would recommend giving them a try. read more

Great experience with my Audi A5 ! New to town, was told to come to Auto Works because they do good work. I was rushing to get out of town for Saturday, called spoke with Ken Wednesday morning, he said they were slammed but if I can meet him when he opens the shop he can squeeze me in. Met Ken when he opened, he remembered our conversation, and I got my car in 2 hrs. Couldn't have been better. Plus he gave me a complete break down of what my auto needs in the future will be, such as break life, tires, ect. Thanks for the great service, proud to be a customer. read more

Why I DESPISE the internet - Ken is a great guy, a straight shooter, and they do incredibly high class work - Their diagnostics are better than anywhere I have ever gone - Contrary to the crazy lady review, they have always helped me find parts that were reasonably priced and gave me options of different levels of quality - I am not surprised that he under "internet fire" as he is an independent garage that competes with Audi service (which is way more expensive, less convenient, and not as capable) - trust these guys - they are great! read more

I cannot understand these two one star reviews on here. My experience at Autoworks for the last ten years has been totally opposite of these two negative reviews. The owner, Ken, has always given me excellent customer service while taking care of repairs and service to my BMW and Honda. He is as honest as they come. Their labor rate is $100 an hour which is less than any dealership around these parts. Also like that I can have my car inspections done in there too. Glad to have Autoworks in the area! read more

My muffler fell off of my car and I had to tie it up with a clothes hanger. I rolled into Autoworks and they fixed it right up on the spot at no charge. I've been going back for all of my car repairs since. They're friendly, honest, and they never talk down to me or make me feel like I don't know my own vehicle. I'm only giving 4 instead of 5 stars because they one time did a repair that I told them I could take care of on my own. It wasn't too costly so I didn't complain. read more

I cannot believe the horrible slander Yelp is allowing to discredit this small business. Autoworks is well known in the area as one of the best foreign auto repair shops. Their integrity and excellent customer service has been consistent throughout the many years they have been in business. It is obvious Yelp is helping the competition by allowing this slander and removing all 5 star reviews from real customers. read more

I am a fan of the owner Ken. He has always been honest with me about needed repairs. When he asked me to write a review for him, I was only too happy to oblige. This is a really good auto repair shop and Yelp should stop removing any positive reviews for Autoworks. There was a news report just last night about Yelp getting sued and suing other businesses. I had to have my Audi TT repaired since it would not start and had been sitting in my driveway for a couple of weeks. The owner of Autoworks happens to be my neighbor and I had heard good things about his shop. While I was on vacation, he came to my house, got the car started and took it to his shop for repairs. These guys are the BMW experts in the area. Brought my 330 in the other day after a friend recommended Autoworks. The owner is very knowledgeable with German cars and has owned practically every model from a 318 to a 740. I left there feeling very confident they would fix the problem. They did and the cost was hundreds less than the dealership quoted me. This is a no brainer! read more
