Their entrance is open that no limit of customers lining up. No lunch break close. Normal working hours easy to follow. After not even a wait, they kept telling us sorry for us to wait. They were working fast. Especially a lady Anna, of course I remember her as she has my same name. She is super friendly and always wears a sweet smile. How can customers get mad for waiting. Even I have to drive miles to get here, whenever I can afford my time, I rather come here for their service. That may be the reason, they are so busy. Good job! Thanks for their service.

The Post offices I've been to usually sells tape and various other packaging items inside but this location did not. The mail lady was kind enough to staple my package shut and applied the shipping label over the staples to seal it off more.

My experience at this USPS location was okay overall. I went in to ship a drug test to a lab, and…read morewhile they did explain how to do it, the employee handling my package questioned me about whether I was sure I was following the correct process. I had already done my part and followed the instructions given to me, so I just needed them to do theirs. Instead, I felt like I was being second-guessed for no reason. The package was prepared a certain way for a reason, and the extra questioning was unnecessary--it just threw me off. I stopped by on 3/29/25 around 1 PM, and while nothing went terribly wrong, the experience could have been smoother if they had just processed the package without all the back-and-forth. Would I come back? Sure, if I had to. But I'd hope for a quicker, more straightforward interaction next time.
