David Neuberth really changed my mind. From the moment we walked in to test drive to a few days later when we got the keys to my son's Nissan Rogue, David was friendly (genuinely friendly not fake friendly) and didn't put any pressure on me. And when I told him we wanted to buy the Rogue, but would be back in a few days to get it, he didn't pressure me to buy on the spot, was very up front with the fees (they charged me the actual registration fees without jacked up dealer fees!) and he had the paperwork all ready to go when we came in to make the purchase. We were out in 20 minutes! David has truly redefined how I view car salesmen and set the bar for what I will expect in the future. Trust Auto really is a top notch business and I have no doubt I will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. Although I am a shade-tree mechanic, I didn't look forward to dealing with a used-car salesperson. Modern cars are complex, there's a lot that the seller can hide or overlook. I got a good feeling about the integrity of this outfit, and was willing to pay at the KBB guideline for that (AutoDot is no-haggle). Be sure the car comes with everything you expect (like a spare key, floor mats) -- you *can* ask for missing items. A week after purchase, an electric-window switch went out, AutoDot drop-shipped me the part... for an As-Is sale, they didn't have to do that, appreciated. Since then, the car has performed well.
