He was super helpful in answering my questions and working with me hence I would need it shipped out of state to me. The entire transaction was smooth and quick. The Finance manager (Jim) was helpful and very efficiently in getting everything out to me to be signed. The car was shipped without delay on wonderful condition. The interior was very clean. I am super happy with my purchase and would definitely come back to purchase another car. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance and give Dylan a shot!

She has paid for her vehicle in full, and to date, over 3 months later, has not received her vehicle's Title (illegal based on Maryland law based on the length of time elapsed), her permanent State Tags (currently driving on expired tags provided by the dealership) and has been overcharged for the vehicle's sales tax and tags. The best part of the transaction was the fact that she bought an exceptional vehicle. Stay clear of this dealership at all costs! Regardless of whether you are communicating at the Salesperson, Used Car Manager, Director of Finance or the General Manager levels, you will be disappointed. Note: complaints have been filed with the appropriate authorities.

Mary Anne in new car sales is a consummate pro. That said, there certainly is a lot to despise about the care dealership industry. The industry's reputation for trickery and deception is legendary. Everything is an upsell and if you know that, you won't be surprised or frstrated when they spin that stuff out on you. They can't help themselves - its what they do. So is Koons Toyota a perfect business - no. No car dealership can be - its inrinsic to that industry. But a savvy consumer will be well-treated and sold quality good and services at a competitive price. Maybe not the cheapest price - but be honest - sometimes you win the battle and lose the war by storming out over $200 or something. The industry will get you somehow - it just does.

I found an oil buildup along the transfer case and transmission. Koon's had it for about a half hour and told me I had spilled motor oil there was no leak and assured me they had cleaned all of the buildup off of my vehicle. Let me say, both the engine oil pan and engine oil fill are on the passenger side of the vehicle. The transfer case and transmission are in the drivers side middle. I immediately drove it home and checked. They actually did nothing. I ended up cleaning it all myself. At my 60k mile appointment the same buildup was back. This time I called Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills. Before I got home, the Heritage technician had sent me a VIDEO of underneath my vehicle detailing everything he'd found INCLUDING a faulty gasket between the transfer case and my transmission. Thank you Heritage Toyota! Thank you Koon's of Westminster for doing absolutely nothing and letting me drive an extra 30k miles with a leaky transfer case.

On her way home from the dealership, the dashboard warning lights began cycling through one after another while she was driving. To their credit, Heritage did come and retrieve the vehicle and provided a loaner. That is where the professionalism ended. After keeping the CRV for over a week, assigning three separate mechanics, and even contacting Honda directly, the dealership returned the vehicle to us with an estimate approaching $7000 in supposed repairs. We were told this was necessary to address the issue that had just appeared immediately after their recall work. Two weeks later, the exact same warning light behavior returned and my wife was left stranded nearly 60 miles from home. What followed was even more concerning. Heritage Honda attempted to shift blame to a trusted local garage that regularly services our vehicles, making unsupported claims about their workmanship and suggesting prior service was responsible for the failure. We sought a second opinion from another authorized Honda dealership. Their examination quickly dismissed the allegations made by Heritage regarding the local shop and found no basis for the claims that had been presented to us. Between the unresolved repair, the inflated estimate, and the attempt to discredit another service provider without evidence, our experience with Heritage Honda's service department raised serious concerns about both competence and integrity. Consumers and independent garages should approach this dealership's service recommendations with caution.

Upon research and review of horror stories I can confidently say that my experience has been close to, if not met, by the realm of terrors reserved for only the innermost delusions of hell. I was sold a lemon. Hook, line, sinker, yet the reviews I saw preached that this was not the case. I surveyed the dealerships around MD and VA, and stalked for the best deal from what I thought was the best opportunity. Just like a nightmare, all seemed rosey, until my engine block shuddered and sounded to a stop in the middle of the highway. Not only did my car shudder so did I. Like claws against my spine I realized I had risked my credit and future on a lie and I felt a harsh, freezing cold, embrace my entire physical existence. My engine had been misfiring before, and now had overheated. It seemed the previous owner had a coolant leak and the engine had began to overheat, causing moderate piston misfires. This issue had ran its course to cause severity throughout... but the horrors only began. I was promised an extended powertrain warranty... one I never received evidence of in months of my ownership. Within 3 weeks of purchase my car overheated to a stop, I fixed my coolant tank. Within a month the misfiring dealt its damage. An untold hundreds of dollars of damage. I now sit at home, facing a fee similar to my rent with no way to earn my income. I have been scammed. I have been tricked. As well as betrayed by what I thought were similar breeds as I, Military. I not only feel mishandled and taken advantage of. I feel utterly mishandled by family in arms. The seventh layer of hell indeed, Maybe it was a misunderstanding and an oversight? I sure hope so... I so badly wish my perceptions to be repaired. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for fear of my livlihood and future. DO NOT BUY/SCAM
