Minh le went above and beyond to get me the car if my dreams. He was patient and answered my one million and one questions and even asked me to let him know I got back to MI safe. THANK YOU MINH

Excellent Experience!! The quality of service the moment we entered the door! Yuliya kindness and welcoming spirit was so important as we completed the process ~ and drove away in the vehicle we wanted. Thanks to everyone on the Trust Auto team!! Sami!! Yuliya!! Russ!!

Car was rusted out at the exhaust joint/flange. My mechanic said it would soon not pass inspection. Trust Auto never disclosed it, even when I asked if there was anything they wanted to disclose about the car. Sales said well that's under the car (claimed they didnt know about it.) Uh, that's an inspection point. Dealer acknowledged using a 3rd party inspection company. But never went above and beyond to correct issues. Esp when all their additional fees cover these inspection points. Negotiated over the phone, had to continually follow up on my end. If it was a one time issue, i would imagine they would work hard to correct it. Dealer did want to fix the joint only by welding only (vs replace whole pipe). Finally agreed to a $250 gift card. For us that completely covered the cost of the replacement pipe. Then the gift card NEVER arrived. Other issues with the car: battery died the 2nd day after purchase. the ebrake needed adjusted. speakers were shot. I have absolutely NO TRUST in trust auto. Do not recommend.

We have made 4 trios to these guys from Pittsburgh Pa. Purchased some very cars. Never had a bad experience. Well worth every minute going to buy there.

Mark Russo's agreement to honor original deal

Trust Auto - Mark Russo Just a warning to those interested in working with Trust Auto. They are anything but trustworthy and honest business people. Mark Russo is deceitful and dishonest and his boss, Sandra, even when she was made aware of Mark's dishonestly did not care. Fully story is below. I have text correspondence to corroborate all claims but this site doesn't allow me to add this information. DO NOT do business with this company if you value honesty. Friday 6/17 contacted me asked about car and for addition info and photos. Asking prices was $13.9k. Advertisement noted that we were moving across country and therefore needed to sell the car. 6/17 - sent text with additional photos of car including inside, convertible top including, and specifically pointing out with photo and text crack in back plastic window. Sun 6/18 Mark offered $10k but I needed to follow up with a few interested retail purchases. Wed 6/22 confirmed and accepted offer of $10,000. I communicated that we were moving across the country in very early July. Mark communicated that their mechanic would come to see the vehicle on Sunday 6/26. Between 6/22 and 6/26 four retail buyers contacted me but I told them the car was sold Sun 6/25- mechanic arrives. After taking with the company he informed me that due to the crack in the back windshield (that I specifically noted a week earlier in a picture and called out in writing to Mark in a text) they would only offer $9k. He was clearly embarrassed by this and seemed to indicate that this type of problem is not uncommon and unfortunately he ends up being put in the middle. Sun 6/25- texted Mark in the evening about the bad position he put me in "a crappy spot, because I'm just about out of time with our move. Given the information you asked for, the photos and info I provided, and the deal we made based on that that info, I really hope you do the right thing here. I had subsequent inquiries on both cars that I told the people they were sold. Maybe that was just stupid on my part but I thought we had a deal." Mark's response that night: "Yes, we have it still, I'll try to figure out." Mon 6/26- In the morning Mark's "boss," Sandra, called to explain the situation, that Mark and informed her of the problem and based on the cracked windshield they could only offer $9k. When I asked her if she was aware that I had previously informed and sent pictures of the back windshield she said that she was unaware of that and Mark had not completely informed her, but it didn't matter, even when I offered to send her a copy of the conversation. Long story short: Trust Auto is anything but trustworthy. Deceitful business practices especially knowing I had no time for alternatives buyers who I had turned away based on the deal Mark Russo made. BBB warning to those interested in working with Trust Auto. They are anything but trustworthy and honest business people. Parking brake disintegrated $3k in repairs . DO NOT TRUST AUTO!

This dealership does have some decent inventory, but every member of their staff could use some serious customer service training. They lie, over promise and under deliver. They drag their heels on simple tasks and then act as if they have done you a favor simply by doing what they are there for. My own salesman David P. Seems to think hanging up on his customer is a sound business decision which he then defends with lies. You could be just like me, and wish that not just hindsight was 20/20! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! The ABSOLUTE EPITOME OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! On a final note, after dragging heels on shipping the vehicle, upon arriving to pickup the vehicle, none of the paperwork was completed except where they got paid.(Finance) After a 5 hour drive that they knew was being made, none of the DMV/Tag paperwork was done and had to wait around. They denied knowing anything about a second key, despite it being pictured in the online auction which they had conveniently removed. Took their sweet time locating it and mailing it. The vehicle had problems within 30 days and the extended warranty company they sell is complete garbage that no shop will work with. The showroom shine faded in days, so do yourself a favor and take any vehicle from them and give it a proper bath before purchase, because they only want it to look well polished enough for you to sign! This company is a key reason used car dealers have a bad reputation!!!!

REPAIR BILL OF A CAR I BOUGHT FROM THIS SHADY DEALER
    Joseph T.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! By far THE WORST dealership I've ever dealt with in 12 years of owning over 8 different cars. The jeep they sold me should never have passed a Maryland State Inspection which are the exact words from a Master Mechanic at Tate in Frederick Maryland. This dealership definitely does not stand by their cars and I would give them 0 stars if possible. I am in the military and they knew I would be driving out of state to be stationed in Florida the next day. The car had issues within 50 miles of leaving the lot which is when Tate did a full inspection and found multiple inspection failures that were obviously not recent issues and had been there awhile. I had the car inspected by one of Floridas biggest Jeep dealers and they said the same thing, and it came back with a $9,000 estimate (See Attached Photo) to get the car up to standards. When I called the dealer they were extremely unhelpful and offered $400 for my "troubles" as they said they could get everything fixed for cheaper by their service guy, except that same service guy who changed the air filter and wipers on the car couldn't even do that, as the air filter was installed incorrectly and both wiper blades flew off on the highway. This place is an absolute JOKE, please do yourself a favor and turn around and go anywhere else. I'll be waiting on my Better Business Bureau complaint in the meantime.

And there are *no hard sells*. I know just enough about cars to be dangerous, so I know when I'm being sold a schlock job or something that isn't needed. Marcin and his mechanics look at your vehicle and then explain, in great detail, what they recommend doing now (time for that maintenance item, safety issue, fire hazard, etc.) and what they recommend doing but can wait a bit. They also tell you when you *don't* need something done. Who does that?? He only supplies quality parts, and OEM when he can. The latter isn't always possible so that's when he switches to high quality, as-close-to-OEM-as-possible. It's just a great place to take your car. You leave feeling really comfortable that the job was done, done very well, and that the work is all guaranteed. And he does guarantee his work. We'll be customers forever.

Here's my personal experience: I brought my car in there a week ago for brakes & an alignment. Not only did he do a simply spectacular job on both - that even the dealership the car came from over its history, could never get actually right... here now, is what outstanding, HONEST SERVICE is all about... So, this past week, I start to notice a "banging" sound whenever I go over a bump, now coming from what seems like somewhere in the front suspension. Boo... very disconcerting! So I call Will - and he says simply "bring it in & I'll have a quick look at it". Yesterday, I bring it in & drop it in the AM, bracing myself for the worst. Will calls me later that afternoon & says "yer all set". - The car has an under-tray with heat-shielding and a lateral "stiffener bar" that the rivets fastening it to the plastic tray itself, had apparently on one side popped loose - so the stiffener arm was banging between the rocker-panel frame & the tray. He tells me it is typical a car it's age (12 years) as the metal rivets eventually vibrate/wear their way through the relatively soft plastic of the tray. So he re-rounded the tray holes & replaced all the rivets with new ones to correspond with the new "fresh" mounting hole sizes created. ..."You're now as good as new!" How much do I owe you, Will? ..."NO CHARGE" -!! :-O What??? ...How's That??? "Well, you know what - when I was doing the alignment & had the tray off - I shoulda probably noticed that - as it was not a sudden thing - and we coulda more simply just fixed it right then & there for you, without you going a week now hearing those bangs & worrying about it... so yeah... no charge - I insist!" How many mechanics out there would have/could have instead called me back a few hours later & quoted some additional $100's of needed suspension parts repair(s) needed? Which... I was fully "braced" for and thoroughly expected. How so totally AWESOME is it to know we have, as so clearly illustrated here - a local, in community mechanic/merchant - with such ethics - that you can absolutely TRUST completely, and without reservation like this!!! I would not hesitate one moment to highly recommend, and TRUST - Freedom Automotive - right here in our little Sykesburg - for any/all your automotive/mechanical service needs. Unequivocally, absolutely!!!
