I reached out & Aracely was prompt at responding. Her fee for deep cleaning is very reasonable in my opinion. On the day of service my daughter met at the house to allow Loretto entry to clean. Loretto was on time & had all the necessary supplies & equipment. Loretto took approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to deep clean my 800 sq. Ft. duplex. Once job was completed, I was notified immediately. When my daughter returned to the house after the cleaning she was impressed. She commented that all fans & window blinds were cleaned as requested as well as the rest of the unit. My daughter commented that it smelled nice & clean. I definitely recommend them & would use them in the future!

We dealt with repeated late arrivals, last-minute scheduling changes, and multiple ignored requests regarding our dogs being locked outside in the Texas heat despite specifically asking that this not happen. On one occasion, an unfamiliar cleaner was sent who did poor-quality work. We tried to be patient and understanding because we know life and schedules can be hectic. Recently, we postponed a cleaning due to expected rain and muddy conditions, gave advance notice, and still fully accepted the accumulation charge without complaint. However, shortly afterward, our own cleaning was rescheduled last minute on their end. When I politely requested to speak directly with the owner about the ongoing issues after years of being loyal customers, I was repeatedly redirected through assistants instead of being treated with the professionalism and respect you would expect from a business relationship of several years. The final response we received focused more on defending staff and confirming payment expectations than addressing the actual concerns being raised. At that point, it became clear that accountability and customer communication were no longer priorities. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this company based on the overall customer service experience.

Having a cleaning service has always been a dream of mine, but I've always thought it would be…read moreoutrageously expensive or unreliable. And while I'm able to keep up with some of the daily cleaning (decluttering, dishes, and quick vacuum here and there), my partner and I both often work more than 40 hours a week, which just doesn't leave a ton of time to do any of the deep cleaning. The last thing I want do do while I'm already experience the dreaded Sunday blues of meal prepping and laundry is clean the shower and the baseboards. I called a few other cleaning services and it was exactly as I thought. It ranged from professional, but texting me every 3 hours to see if I've made up my mind and quoting me a price based of my own assessment of how clean/dirty I think my house is, to someone who's prices were extremely cheap and appeared eager to come clean my house, but then ghosting me. I read the reviews of Elevate (see, reviews do work!) and decided to give this company a shot. Immediately, I liked how they offered to come by the house to assess. That might not be everyone's cup of tea since it takes longer for a price quote, but I didn't want there to be any confusion on anyone's part of what was expected. Again, this was my first time using a cleaning service and I also wanted to know exactly what I would be getting. I decided after speaking with Mara, to go with a monthly deep cleaning service. A price was given and a time slot was chosen. When I tell you I was excited for my first cleaning experience, I am not lying. But I still had my doubts on the day of. My partner told me they were done in under 3 hours and then quickly left. With two cleaners in a 4 bed/2 bath house, I figured it would take at least 5 hours for a first time deep cleaning session. I came home, half expecting that I got duped and the cleaning wouldn't be up to my standards. I am so glad that I was wrong. It's been 4 days since the cleaning and I'm still in awe at different spots that are now cleaned. They did a fantastic job! Baseboards, showers, mirrors, wiped (like seriously wiped) the bookshelves and the DVD area. They even cleaned our coffee pot! Like what? Anyway, I could go on, but just know that I'm in love with this company and they will continue to have our business. I hope that this level of deep cleaning is consistent and I suspect that it will be. Can't wait to write an updated review in a few months! Can't recommend Elevate enough!

The cleaning session took longer than anticipated, but it was because my parents' house was a mess, and Armando and his team went above and beyond their to-do list. For other companies I worked with in the past, deep cleaning is just simply dusting and mopping. For Armando, deep cleaning is extensive detailing. Armando and his team turned my parents' house up-side-down. He is a true gentlemen and business owner. The most hard working and trustworthy person I have ever hired and worked with (and I have hired a lot cleaning companies over the years). Most importantly, nowhere can beat his price and able to provide similar level of service. After seeing Armando's fantastic job, my husband who is really picky and skeptical at first now asks me to hire Armando to do regular cleaning at our house. I truly trust Armando with all my cleaning needs - professional, on-time and deliver top-notch service. I highly recommend these cleaning experts.

I originally started with another company, and the job they did was very sub par. I was so disappointed. I almost gave up entirely but decided to take a shot on B & B Maids. I'm SOO glad I did. Their attention to detail is great. They even fold over the toilet paper in a neat little triangle. I know, it doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's the little things that set them apart from their competition. They even HAND WASHED my dishes the last time they were out. AND they folded my towels! Wow! So blown away by that. They always do a really good job of cleaning everything. It's amazing how nice my place looks when I get home. During one cleaning, Allan personally called me to tell me the cleaning crew had accidentally knocked down one of my picture frames and that it had broken. He apologized and said they would pay to replace it. I told him not to worry about it at all because it was just a frame but that I really appreciated him giving me a call to let me know. THIS is great customer service. Their level of customer service is just outstanding all around. I can't say enough good things about B & B Maids Service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
