Unfortunately, this function was accidentally triggered during a bad thunderstorm and the whole car interior was soaked. Worried about water damage and the potential for mold growth, I started looking for companies that could fix the issue. 911 Restoration responded promptly and I immediately had them go to work for us. And man were these guys awesome. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and professional. From the phone call with the manager to the operators who came to deal with my vehicle, I felt cared for and that everything was going to be taken care of. With these guys, I didn't have to bring my vehicle in. They came to where I was and set up their equipment. My vehicle was soaked so it took about 2 days to completely dry it out. Shout to the operators -- Isaiah, James, and Willard. They were super friendly, had excellent communication, and came by every day of the service see how the drying process was going. You guys were awesome! My car was completely restored! Not one chance that there could've been any moisture left in my vehicle once they were done. I'm very satisfied with the work 911 Restoration has done. I highly recommend them.

I was trying to get a quote on removing mold from my vents and possibly fixing ceiling damage. I guess they don't go to condo units all that often because despite telling the scheduler over the phone and in email what my unit number was, it was never included in my address. In my experience, most services will give you a notification that the technician is on their way. I got notified when the guy called me because he went to the HOA office, since he didn't have my unit number. The HOA wouldn't have known anything even if someone was there since I own my condo and am responsible for the inside. The guy arrived, walked around inside with his dirty boots, and only peaked into my vents which were my main concern. He did test the stains in my ceiling with what I assume was a device that measures moisture. Then he said "I have everything" and left. No "goodbye" or letting me know what he saw or what next steps could be taken.

Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days. They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end. Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new. Great company and fair pricing with quality work.

Damage was done to the doorway and to the refrigerator, contractors hired by PD were an absolute joke, installing wrong tile in bathroom, replacing wall insulation with R12 when R14 was quoted to insurance co, I could go on and on. My wife and I spent over 60 days living in the house with no toilet, no kitchen and no communication from PD. End of story I ended up asking the man from PAUL DAVIS to leave my property with his contractor's and not return. PD left the house as is and I never heard from them again, not a single call from anyone at PD to find out why I asked them to leave. I spent 3 months redoing everything myself! If you can avoid this company I suggest you do.
