At 11:45 a.m. on Friday, I hadn't heard from them, so I called to check on their ETA. To my surprise, I was told that their crew had already shown up, knocked, and left because "no one came out to meet them." Not only did they never call or ring the doorbell, but they also never knocked or made any real attempt to contact me. When I confronted them and told them I had checked my Ring camera footage, which clearly showed no one ever came, they tried to blame me, saying it was my fault and that I now had to be rescheduled. This is absolutely unacceptable and frankly feels like a scam. Bottom line: They lied about showing up, didn't take responsibility, and wasted my time. Stay far away from this company if you value honesty and professionalism.

NO DUSTING NO CLEANING OF GLASS. The house was much dirtier than before they came. I spent hours cleaning what they had dirtied. The whole experience was terrible. DO NOT USE. I called and he said he would send someone else out and would contact me. I never heard back. They seem to use many numbers and it is impossible to get hold of them. I would like a refund as I do not want them back in my house!
