Last week there was a lot of rain and extreme weather so Darla stayed in touch for a rain-free day so that our windows would look their best once done and fit us into their schedule. Communication is key in any vendor relationship and Darla was quick to respond with multiple time windows (pun intended!) and we ended up with windows so clean it looks like they aren't even there. We just finished a remodel so needless to say, the windows were filthy and now they are lovely. I highly recommend Dutch Shine Window Cleaning!

Lakewood Window Cleaning did a great, professional job cleaning my windows. They were the only…read morecompany that came out to my house to give a quote. I'm glad they did, because they discovered the window screens can only be removed from the inside. Highly recommended company and payment was super easy via apple pay. Thanks!

After the work was complete, I received a very lengthy text explaining why it was not fair that he had been charging me so little (the first I had heard of this concern), so he increased my rate by 58% AFTER the work was complete. Needless to say, I did not pay the increase and I severed my lengthy relationship with Will Davis. I am not that price sensitive, but I am extremely slimy-usiness-practices sensitive. Update: Will read my 100% truthful review, did not accept responsibility, and needed to fight back (as the bible teaches I guess). He responded. I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well. I'll definitely be using him again in a few months when it builds up again. He did a great job! Thanks Julian! Highly recommend!!
