The problem came when he couldn't do the flooring in the laundry room because it was still wet. He said he'd come back to totally finish the job later, but that's not what happened. First, he ghosted me and didn't call me back. Finally, after a few months passed, I got him to come back. He told me he would send me an estimate later that day, and I never heard from him again. That was the last straw. I would not hire him again. If you say you're going to do something, you need to do it and not string along customers.

I had drywall damage in my bathroom from snowmegeddon earlier here in Dallas. My upstairs neighbor had a busted water pipe which cause ceiling damage in my bathroom. Edwin and Mireya came in , assessed. the problem and were back the next day to repair the damage. They are super efficient, careful and maintain cleanliness through e process by taking out all the damage out to the dumpster as they worked. I am LOVING my new bathroom update. It was repaired, painted and looks like abrams new bathroom. Fixco also installed a new brass sink fixture to add to the upgrade. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair and paint! Trust them...they are the real thing. Five stars all the way.

They said they were cutting us a deal but they were literally the first people we called so how would we know what was a typical quote and what wasn't = they determined what would be a reasonable or unreasonable price to charge. Edit: We called multiple people (bids ranged from $1500 to $4500 for painting alone) and ended up using them as they seemed to have the better price at the time but we are paying for it now. We purchased a Loft and hired them to remodel the Kitchen and two bathrooms as well as paint the entire Loft. We were told it would take about two months and it took about eight months we have had to hire contractors and pay them $4,000 to redo the shower floor because the slope would not allow it to drain. We paid Bradford and Son over $48,000 for a very poor job. They did fire the tile guy and rip out and redo tile that was so poorly installed. When our appliances were installed cabinet drawers wouldn't open because the measurements were not correct . We had to pay additional to have then fixed. We are now in the process of redoing the paint that they did. James told us we had a two year warranty on everything but sadly they won't answer the phone. We reported our issues to the Better Business Bureau and they sent them a letter. They finally replied that they would pay us back for the shower floor redo if they could pay us out. We agreed to accept a 6 month payment plan. Never received anything. The Better Business Bureau has since posted our complaint. Please never make a final payment until you are satisfied no matter what is promised.

His estimate was based mostly on labor and basic materials (he brought paint brushes, buckets and coverings). I supplied the paint and tape. The final paint-job was really good (clean lines, attention to detail around wood and moldings, even coats) and he worked all day to get it done. When he left the paint was drying so the tape was still up. We had to take tape down ourselves the next day, but not a big deal. Most importantly, he was gracious and kind throughout--even when we had to do some last minute cleaning up on high recesses. Given his rates and quality of work, he definitely earned the 5 stars. I will absolutely call him for our next job.

Ultimately, we decided together that the ceiling and the walls should all be repainted. Arrangements were made for Wilfredo and his team to come by around 6 the following evening to get started. When they were an hour late, I wasn't surprised. I know how traffic in DFW can be and I was eager to have their professional help. Upon arriving at my home, Wilfredo nor his team, who trickled in little by little over the next few hours, wore masks without our asking. Wilfredo gave me a laundry list of items his team would need to begin work, which I was to leave to get for him. He announced that he would go home and take a shower then return to begin the project. He returned and one of his team members blue-taped and put plastic over all my cabinets and paper over the floors in preparation for the repairs and painting that was to begin the next morning. The next day, I waited for a team member to arrive. When it got close to lunch time, I spoke with Wilfredo who told me that his team member wouldn't be able to come until that evening. Once he did arrive, he set to work repairing cracks and did a nice job only he didn't visit every room and repair every crack. He told me that he was leaving for dinner and would return but he did not come back. The following day, someone was to come and paint and I planned to ask for the forgotten cracks to be repaired. I was, again, told how the arranged team member wouldn't be by at the agreed upon time. We settled on the next day. By this point, I've had plastic and paper all over the place but I'm trying to be patient. The following day, Wilfredo again needed to cancel on the painting and my spouse and I decided that it was time to cut ties with this company and just finish the rest ourselves. When I told Wilfredo that we would not need any additional visits, he told me to "ask my husband for the final word" which truly pissed me off. I am the one who was making all the arrangements from start to finish with this company. For him to insinuate that I needed a man's permission to call off services was unprofessional and ignorant. He called and texted several more times to get me to reconsider. I'd have painted the entire interior of my home with a q-tip before I let him back through my doorway. Unprepared. Unprofessional. Unreliable.
