What was initially supposed to be a basic tire change, oil change, and fluid service turned into me meeting pretty much the whole Moto Haus crew over the next few days. They immediately pointed out the condition of my brake pads and went through the bike properly, doing everything they could to get my old girl running strong again. Then, two days later, my already-sluggish starter motor finally decided to give up. I called Sam and explained that I rely on the bike for commuting. They did not hesitate for a second. Sam simply said, "I got you." They ordered the exact OEM part my bike needed, and two days later I was back on the road. This is not some fancy, white-glove shop trying to impress you with a polished showroom or sell you a pile of parts. It is a real working motorcycle shop. Greasy hands, bikes everywhere, and people who are there to actually fix your motorcycle. I have seen everything there, from old beat-up machines and vintage oddballs to brand-new Ducatis waiting for service... so draw your own conclusions. I came in by accident. I will be coming back on purpose.

I remained calm and respectful, yet I was treated incredibly poorly. Based on my experience with the service, parts, and customer treatment, I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone. Customers deserve honesty, quality work, and basic respect. I sincerely hope no one else has to experience the kind of treatment I received. The second receipt is from a separate bike shop stating that it was not replaced and still needed to be fixed.

I brought my new 300 for it's first service and the owner told me he couldn't work on my scooter and to come pick it up because I asked him what type of oil did he plan to use for the service. This guy is extremely rude and doesn't want to hear any opinion other than his own. I'm a petroleum engineer so oil is kind of my thing and for me to ask such a basic question and be asked to pick up the scooter after I dropped it off without working on it is why you can read so many poor reviews from so many people. How this guy stays in business is beyond me.

He also had the company ship us the parts that weren't in the store but came with the bike. Ex. Top Tube bag etc. They do have other brands besides Lectric. I was referred to OCBG from a friend who worked across the street and couldn't be happier. Cory helped me out with both of my bikes and was very nice and friendly. I took out my bike for a long ride after getting cleaned up and it rode AMAZINGLY. These guys rock and is definitely the go-to shop for bike repairs and services. Thanks for being so generous and accommodating. I will be returning for regular tune ups.
