I really didnt have a go.to sho so when I noticed this one...I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm really glad I walked in. They were extremely friendly and because I wasn't in dire need of the fork, I just left it assuming I'd hear back in a couple of weeks which seems to be the norm. The path is relatively flat and paved, so it's super easy either way. We've taken the whole crew on multiple rides down to Dana Point harbor, and Doheny State Beach. You can also ride south to the San Clemente Pier (pictured). The rental prices were reasonable and not too expensive. Staff was responsive and reasonably friendly. Overall it's a very entertaining afternoon activity, especially when the weather is nice.

Small details like the headlamp is good quality, nice comfortable handlebar grips and seat The rear luggage rack is welded to the frame vs. an add-on with fasteners The battery has huge range and speed MURF does a good job managing all the wires associated with an e-bike. Eyed up the mechanics area where they got a ton of wrench monkeys working and fixing up some Murf bikes. Quality work all around. Loved the bike and crew so much i bought it that day! Great price too considering the country's economical situation these days. bike did great on me and my buddies adventure home. Bike, when I left it at Pedago in Dana Point, was working fine,less than a year old just never went up inclines at less than 4 bars on battery--- which Danny falsely claimed it was capable of at ALL battery levels). Another of Danny's lies. When I brought the bike in in April 2024 it worked ok and still looked new, it was returned to me dirty , HAD NO FUNCTIONING BRAKES,would not even slow down when I pressed the hand brakes upon the first time I rode it after his "safety/service" . COMPLETE IDIOT! Then he would not return my 2 texts nor 2 phone messages and a written letter asking him what was going on with my trike and refused to answer the phone when I called him during business hours. Save your money and possibly your own life by getting service done elsewhere. Danny, your response is another set of lies. You sabotaged my etrike in April 2024 . Your " service" that you charged me over $100 for in April 2024 could not have been done at all since the brake pads were the original pads both front and rear and worn and never replaced during ANY service you charged me for and the chain was not even oiled by YOU ever. The only Pedago store I have ever been to for service is yours in Dana Point, so stop trying to damage other Pedago dealers with your vindictive,irresponsible actions. The fact that in court you falsely claimed I rode the trike too hard is PATHETIC. I have 3 herniated discs , ride slowly on the sidewalk to avoid any jiggling and take care of all of my means of transportation . But I came across Swell Bikes after I returned my Epic bike (right down the street) and I was blown away. The bike is sturdy, reliable, fast, and just looked great. After speaking to Troy (the owner), I was convinced that this is the bike I've been looking for. I took a week to think it over (scared from past experience) but made the decision to purchase it and I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately the folks at Wheelwold bicycles in Santa Monica don't communicate well as John told be they would hold the bike for me to pickup the next day (same as what you sold me) and I could get it the next day. Which I planned on doing Until they sold it after I returned the bike I bought from you. Even with the outrageous LA county tax the bike OTD was $3946.23 Jim, I'm retired and was looking for the best deal on the bike that I still consider one of the best out there.
