Customers deserve honesty, quality work, and basic respect. I sincerely hope no one else has to experience the kind of treatment I received. The second receipt is from a separate bike shop stating that it was not replaced and still needed to be fixed.

The path is relatively flat and paved, so it's super easy either way. We've taken the whole crew on multiple rides down to Dana Point harbor, and Doheny State Beach.
