There are only two screens, and the theater rooms are smaller. That being said, our experience here was great! I'll echo the other reviewers in my comments that the concessions are much more affordable than the average theater. This is also by far the CLEANEST movie theater I have ever been to. Whoever manages the cleaning over Centre Theater deserves a giant hug and to know they are an absolute BOSS. There was not a single popcorn kernel on the floor, and the bathrooms were absolutely pristine. My ONLY quarrel with this place is that the bathroom stalls don't have any locks. (As seen in the pictures) the doors are very short and saloon style, so they swing open very easily and don't offer much privacy. The popcorn also wasn't very good (I think the butter they used must be old or something.) Apart from that, we loved this experience and encourage everyone to give this place a shot!!! The seating..., from D-box- to Giant Screen, and 3D....all worth the money! Concessions are (mostly) on average. The large refillable popcorn--comes in the tub. Nowadays- that's pretty rare. I also love that you can refill the "coke freeze ". In the last town I lived in, even if you bought a large coke freeze (slushy), you couldn't refill it with that....only soda. The staff go above and beyond their job duties. Example: a party of 2: both of us wanted the pretzels sticks with 2 different dipping cheeses. About 7 minutes later we got 2 small containers- one with Nacho one with Queso. Pretzel sticks looked great but after we sat down we realized the pretzels were still frozen. I went out to the lobby (show had started) and the same gal (Megan)....took our pretzel sticks and both cheeses back and returned 2 minuets...about...later...with fresh pretzel sticks and super hot fresh cheese!!! We drove TWO HOURS to come and see this movie and now we are driving back home without seeing a movie. They also offer a bunch of other things to do like bowling, VR, and an arcade. It's pretty much always been busy when I've been there. The movie experience is OK. It's good enough that you're probably not going to bother with driving down to Idaho Falls. Sometimes the movies go fine, other times you have various incidents. The last movie I saw only had sound coming out the front speakers, even though there were clearly speakers all around the walls. Not having even basic Dolby Digital in 2018 is a little weird. It also seems like people being in their correct seats is a regular problem. The seating is assigned, which is great, but annoying when you have to play the game of asking people to move. During the last movie we had the FatCats guy going up and down our aisle trying to verify tickets AFTER the movie had started! There is also a Yelp checkin offer that you should checkout if it's still available. A large popcorn when buying two tickets! Hopefully I'll get to try some of the other activities soon.

Wonderful addition to the surrounding communities for locals. Sure to be a hit for those who come for big tourist attractions of snowmobiling, St. Anthony sand dunes and incredible fly fishing on the Madison river. Relax and enjoy the popcorn!

It has the biggest screen in the area for movies. They give a military and senior discount. It's ONLY $5!! That's for first run movies, even. They play movies in the summer for kids. They have really good popcorn and last I was there had flavorings for the pocorn, too. Their concession prices are less than Fat Cats. It is an old building and has that vintage charm - including the marque. The staff pays attention to the movies and what's happening so if something is wrong they know. There are just curtains that separate the lobby from the theater so they can hear everything that's happening sound wise and are very prompt at fixing it. They have deals in the Starving Student card and all the high school cards. CONS: The bathrooms are old and small. But it's a really old building, too. They have a small lobby so when there's a premier it's kinda crowded in the lobby, BUT there's plenty of room for everyone in the theater (500 seats!), There's no drinking fountain, St. Anthony is only a 15 minute drive from Rexburg and the experience plus the lower cost is much more worth the drive than going to the first run theater (Fat Cats) in Rexburg. They do Superbowl parties there, and other events sometimes too! It's all streamed from an HD projector onto that huge screen.
