So, like the previous poster stated, this is essentially a poor man's Kids Town. However, that's…read morenot necessarily a bad thing. It's much smaller than Kids Town, but for my little two year old that was good thing. I was able to hang out in a corner and was able to keep an eye on her the entire time. The price ($4 per kid, no charge for adults) is much more reasonable than Kids Town as well. My kiddo got bored a bit sooner than she would have at Kids Town, but again, not necessarily a bad thing. We spent about 2hrs there and I was certainly ready to go by the time she was. There are a few improvements I would suggest to make this a slightly better experience: 1) There simply MUST be some kind of change with the flooring transition between the "building" room, which is elevated about 3 inches, and the main floor. The flooring is the same color and it's very hard for little kiddos to recognize the drop off. A simple and effective fix would be to put yellow duct tape along the ledge. 2) it needs more (and more comfortable) grown up seating. A great idea would be to add padded benches so kiddos didn't bump their heads on corners 3) It would be really nice to have some kind of climbing/sliding section. A higher end Step2 or Little Tikes climber/slide would do the trick. Just something to help get the wiggles out. At the end of the day though, it's a great addition to Rexburg and we will definitely be going back soon and often.

I took my 5 year old and 3 year old twins. They loved it and spent 2 hours here. It's small, but…read morenot a bad thing as I could keep an eye on them the whole time. It's a great value as adults are not charged admission. There are basketball hoops so I shot baskets while the kids played.

The Museum of Clean is a very unique experience. It shares a large, modern space with a children's…read moremuseum and a small cafe. Their collection of vacuums is likely unparalleled in the world. They also have several interesting displays of commodes (including a personal portable one used by a duchess!), washing machines, soap and irons. If you happened to be in the area, make sure you visit the Museum Of Clean!

He passed away last year, truly leaving a void in this world. The $10 entrance fee is worth it, because at this time, they offer you a choice of one of his excellent books! It is WELL worth the price of admission! The books are on the counter, left of the admission counter, so be sure to ask for yours! On the third floor is a display of the SPACE AGE era in America (striving with Russia). It covered the subsequent 'rocket' designs of vacuum cleaners. I couldn't help it, I laughed out loud while reading it! :D What I found interesting ; -Elizabeth of Bavaria's traveling commode (and HOW it worked) -WWII field latrine -The daunting DUST Victorians faced, and the first vacuum invented (horse drawn) -the goofy statues made out of cleaning & vacuum cleaner parts -all the vintage advertising & appliances -the video on how to clean a bathroom in three minutes! In their gift shop, they have an interesting mix of toys, cleaning tools, and other goodies. I ended up buying handy-dandy toilet brushes for my friends! Won't they be SO pleased?! SWEET!

While in Idaho Falls we had to make a trip to this museum. Is it huge, no. But they have done a…read moregreat job in the small space. Gift shop has some great items from unique tshirts to potato soap. There is something for everyone. Admission is not too expensive. 2 adults and 2 students for 25. Inside are 2 large areas. You get multiple displays on the history, how chips and crisps are made, how potatoes are grown and harvested. There is a small room with several short videos. Definitely do not miss. Watching how fries are made and seeing tractor history we're neat. In the back are some tractors, potato sack machine and a kids area. Some fun games on huge touch screens were fun for all ages. See how fast you can peel a potato. Cafe in the back is a great way to end. Your choice of fries, tots or baked potatoes. Also a few sweet items and some bottled drinks. We got 2 Idahoan potatoes and the Jackson Hole sodas. Baked potatoes were great and they gave lots of toppings: bacon, butter, sour cream and cheese. Yummy! Sodas were very good with unique flavors like huckleberry and strawberry rhubarb. Take your team, read the displays, watch the videos and have your favorite potatoe dish at the end. You will spend 60-90 minutes and be better educated for it.

I love this museum and highly recommend it to others. Not only does TAM bring in great national…read moreshows, they also support our many local artists and art organizations, by giving them opportunities to get together and exhibit their work. One of my favorite things there is the annual Beaux Cadeaux fine craft show during the holiday season. The spacious museum has three exhibiting halls, so it can accommodate three shows at one time and the staff is very friendly and helpful. TAM also has a room for kids to explore and learn (though temporarily closed for Covid) and has periodic family days when families can do hands on art projects.

This particular exhibit, featuring "Contemporary textile artists Lynne Rigby, Rosemary Ravsten and the group Artists with a Common Thread," was very interesting. The artwork is all made from fabric. I especially like Rosemary Ravsten--a pst resident of Idaho Falls who now lives in Seattle. Her piece entitled "Angel," made from frayed silk, was beautiful. The Eagle Rock Art Museum is a nice little building with three large exhibit halls featuring high ceilings and exceptional lighting. It's no MoMA, but it's a great cultural center in Idaho Falls, and if you're a supporter of the arts, it's the perfect place to frequent.
