So, like the previous poster stated, this is essentially a poor man's Kids Town. However, that's…read morenot necessarily a bad thing. It's much smaller than Kids Town, but for my little two year old that was good thing. I was able to hang out in a corner and was able to keep an eye on her the entire time. The price ($4 per kid, no charge for adults) is much more reasonable than Kids Town as well. My kiddo got bored a bit sooner than she would have at Kids Town, but again, not necessarily a bad thing. We spent about 2hrs there and I was certainly ready to go by the time she was. There are a few improvements I would suggest to make this a slightly better experience: 1) There simply MUST be some kind of change with the flooring transition between the "building" room, which is elevated about 3 inches, and the main floor. The flooring is the same color and it's very hard for little kiddos to recognize the drop off. A simple and effective fix would be to put yellow duct tape along the ledge. 2) it needs more (and more comfortable) grown up seating. A great idea would be to add padded benches so kiddos didn't bump their heads on corners 3) It would be really nice to have some kind of climbing/sliding section. A higher end Step2 or Little Tikes climber/slide would do the trick. Just something to help get the wiggles out. At the end of the day though, it's a great addition to Rexburg and we will definitely be going back soon and often.

I took my 5 year old and 3 year old twins. They loved it and spent 2 hours here. It's small, but…read morenot a bad thing as I could keep an eye on them the whole time. It's a great value as adults are not charged admission. There are basketball hoops so I shot baskets while the kids played.

Unbelievable. We…read morewere on our way to the Grand Tetons and this place caught our attention because of the tanks parked out front. We read the sign and decided to stop. We expected to see a bunch of tanks. But OMG - this place has incredible displays. It's not just a bunch of tanks and armor, it's full sets with animated backgrounds and sounds. Bombers flying overhead with bombs blasting. Not over the top PTSD triggering scenes, but enough to seed your imagination so you can better understand what the men and these machines went through. In most if not all respects this museum is better than the Smithsonian. Yes, it's a lot of armor, but there are all kinds of it, many from different countries, and even a few aircraft. Also, don't miss the vault full of every type of rifle you can imagine - including the one that shot the first bullet of the Revolutionary war. We stopped here on a whim. Our next stop will be planned. Don't miss this place.

I had a very difficult time reconciling my feelings after leaving this museum. It is a very…read moreimpressive collection of guns, tanks, trucks, cannons. Any war buff would love it. With the technological innovations that come with war, comes a huge human cost. This museum did a decent job of balancing those aspects. I am deducting one star off of my review for a very specific reason. Before entering the Holocaust section, there is a trigger warning, letting viewers know there are images that some may find disturbing. There is no such warning before entering the Vietnam section. This area of the museum is very realistic with dim lighting, bamboo shoots, and literal "Charlie in the trees", waiting to be illuminated and startle you. Many Vietnam veterans, like my father, are suffering from PTSD. Knowing how many of them will probably visit this museum, there needs to be some sort of warning before entering this area!
