I loved the variety of cheese and topping options, unique selections such as smoked Gouda, Cooper Sharp White American and red jalapeños. The portions were awesome for both. One of our favorite breakfasts while in the Victor/Driggs area and a much more reasonable cost than in the Jackson area. Seems very community-oriented with live music on Saturdays during the summer. Would definitely return next time we're in the Teton Valley!

Smells great when you walk in the door. Service was quick as I was dining alone and opted to sit at the bar. I ordered the Bison Pho which was recommended as the bartenders 2nd favorite - opposed to the duck soup. I thought the broth was rich and the portion was huge. The fresh toppings on the side were a great addition. The bison was a bit rich and gamey flavored for myself but was good. The truffle fries were worth the up charge with the sandwiches as they were full of flavor and still crisp when they arrived at the table. The environment was pleasant!
