What really bothered me is that the business promotes honesty and transparency, but my experience felt like the opposite. I didn't feel properly informed or given options -- just pressured into agreeing to expensive add-ons. If you have money to blow, then by all means go to this shop. I originally checked Google reviews and saw mostly positive feedback, which is why I chose this place. But after my experience, I went on Yelp and found multiple reviews describing very similar situations to mine. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any services here. The car looks in flawless shape and they not only showed us the Carfax, they showed us another more detailed report showing clear title and no accidents or damage. I liked that all the people there worked together to speed up the process. Again, we bought a car in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I came across a lot of other reviews regarding your experience with Anytime auto dealership, and unfortunately I appear to be dealing with a very similar situation. I purchased a vehicle from them and shortly after the sale we discovered serious undisclosed mechanical issues, including dangerously worn 2 mm brake pads and a burnt out clutch. After speaking with the lender within days of the purchase, I was advised to obtain a full diagnostic inspection and submit the documentation to both the bank's fraud department and the California DMV Fraud Division in which Paul the owner refused to provide. So, we had the vehicle towed to Infinity and received a full diagnostic report to submit. I am also currently having my family attorney review the matter for possible legal action relating to consumer fraud, failure to disclose known defects, reimbursement for repairs and damages, and potentially pursuing action to have the dealership's dealer license investigated and revoked if these practices are proven to be ongoing. I have been dealing with the dealership for over 30 days with little to no meaningful resolution, which is why I started reaching out to other consumers who reported similar experiences involving being sold defective or "lemon" vehicles from Anytime Auto. At this point, I have reached out to approximately 80 Yelp reviewers who stated they experienced similar issues after purchasing vehicles from this dealership. If you are comfortable sharing your experience, I would appreciate speaking further, as my attorney is also looking into whether there is a pattern of conduct involving multiple customers.
