I originally came here to see a Fiat 500 because my insurance labeled my Fiat 500 a "total loss" due to a fender bender I got in. I applied for financing and during that time I kind of decided I ultimately didn't want the vehicle. Stephan offered me the opportunity to have my car fully repaired like new at significantly less than so many other body shops quoted. I was ELATED! Because ultimately I love my car and I was basically seeking another one of the same to no avail(I also adore the color most of all). So it took exactly 1 week and 1 day for them to have my car fixed, replaced the entire hood and repaired the bumper while my insurance left me no hope of that being a possibility at all. I have no idea how they did it let alone so fast. Just look at the pics of before and after I've attached. He did an amazing job taking care of my car and even had it detailed inside and out! AND even changed the body of my key that was falling apart which a corporate Fiat dealership would've charged me like $250 at least for. I can't recommend them enough! Honest, helpful and very good pricing, this is the way used cars should be sold. I called Stephen about a Fiat 500e he had advertised , he said someone was looking at it and he would call me back. It sold and I wasn't interested in the other 500s he had at the time. I told him what I wanted and that I wasn't in a hurry. He ended up finding me a car that was better than I had hoped and at a very reasonable price. One GIANT thing to know, almost every dealer I had called about advertised cars there were always fees, sometimes over $1200, added to their stated prices, or they wouldn't give you a final price over the phone. As I said, Stephen is honest, $0.00 fees added to his(reasonable) prices, only sales tax and DMV. I did not have a great experience here. Stephen sold me a car that had long term engine problems he didn't tell me about. I found out after 3 months of having the car. When i returned he said "Thats how i make money" and it was my fault for not getting a warranty. That is definitely true, I suggest purchasing his overpriced warranty. Be careful when you purchase from here! I thought i was getting a good deal- he will go over the bluebook and all the numbers and tell you why the price is a good deal. He also showed when i returned 3 months later that the car was worth 7k less. Stephan at Auto boomers is amazing! I was so sad to have to say goodbye to my 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder. I dreaded making phone calls and test driving cars, especially during a pandemic. My friend located Stephan's small, neighborhood dealership online. I drove by back in late March 2020, parked on the street, and was able to see his entire inventory from the sidewalk. He happened to be there and he said I could come in to look at the Minis up close. He stayed in his office and I did a walk around. I found a car I liked and made arrangements to come back a few days later for a test drive. Although I test drove a few other cars before this, when I got into this silver 2015 Mini Cooper S, I knew it was going to be the one. Stephan not only lowered the price when I asked, but he explained to me about the double exhaust pipes a previous owner had installed. He said it made the engine a little louder than normal. He told me if I bought the car and drove it around for a few weeks and decided I didn't like the "VROOM", that I could bring it back and he would remove the part for free. I am a 63-year-old school teacher and very conscientious of being a thoughtful neighbor. I didn't want to be that person who wakes everyone up when they leave in the morning. As it turned out, all of my neighbors love the "Italian Job" sound, as do I. Stephan also turned me on to an extraordinary Mini Cooper mechanic nearby named Jesse. Jesse, his wife, and his 7 sons are a hard-working family of experts at Minitek Auto Service in North Hollywood! I have also taken a 700-mile road trip which seals the deal. My dog slept happily in the back seat the whole way. I drove through some intense Arizona desert heat and was very comfortable. Even my hefty "little brother" who loves his Tessla, was impressed by my Mini and enjoyed riding in it. I bought at 2011 Countryman here and Stephen was great. He helped with financing and was so friendly and not pushy at all. I bought a 2010 Mini Cooper S from Auto Boomer and had a great experience. Stephen K. the owner helped me out I test drove the car liked it called him a week later ask him if I could take it to my mechanic which he allowed my mechanic found some minor things wrong with the car and Stephen stepped up and fix them without increasing the price of the car. I spoke with his on site mechanic and even went by while they were doing the work. This car buying experience was the best I ever had. I did my research and knew what I was looking for in a used Volvo XC90. Three of my four test drives had so far been satisfactory, with one very good vehicle that was over my budget. With this in mind I didn't expect much out of Auto Boomer, since they had a vehicle that also seemed to be just satisfactory. I was in for a HUGE surprise. Stephan greeted me and immediately showed me what I asked for, highlighted the pros and CONs, and when HE didn't care for the so-so performance of one of the options he let me know that he had another vehicle in his inventory. There was no pressure, I took my time with the Carfaxes, and test drive. I bought a GREAT vehicle!
