No phone call, no proper notice--just locked me out. Michelle Wagemaker-Dawdy, the VP and branch manager, was rude, unprofessional, and refused to help. She told me, "There's no one you can speak with," and just closed my account. Because of this, my credit card payment got reversed, I'm being hit with late fees, and nearly $700 is missing. Still no response from them. Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your money and sanity, take your business to Chase or any real bank that actually communicates with its customers.

There is no other business establishment that I have interacted with where the employees yell out your name as you enter the branch office! This builds trust. There is no other company that I have have done business with where your unique and personal situation has been taken into consideration when determining the next best course of action. This builds a sense of cooperation where your success translates into their success. And there is no other business where I genuinely look forward to seeing the people who work there. This builds friendships. Finances are calculating and cold. Paul, Liz, Vanessa and Nareyda turn this truth on its head. Walking through the doors of Citizens Business Bank is like stepping back in time and on the set of 'Cheers.' I would be Norm. I find modern life challenging and at times I find the financial world daunting. Someone like me desires...wants...needs to work with people who KNOW them and their family. It makes everything more palatable. Citizens Businees Bank has effectively become my financial neighborhood watering hole. Do you want to be a name and not just an account number? Do you want to KNOW the people who manage and service your financial concerns and needs? If so - Citizens Business Bank. Wow...ABE Federal Credit Union was great! It felt very old Hollywood in the best of ways. I was there for shared branching and was so well taken care of that it's making me consider moving my home branch!
